Ordered chopped brisket-- got pulled.Ordered sweet bbq sauce -- got vinegar.Extra side order of sweet bbq sauce missing.Ordered potato salad, instead got some sort of hot cement mashed potatoes.Ordered slaw on a sandwich, also missing.Disappointed is the nicest way to say it, my dudes.

Today they were out of many core items, poor guy (supervisor) spent so much time explaining all the products that they were out of. They were out of brisket, sausage, coleslaw, fries, sweet tea, pulled pork and more. The supervisor looked defeated, the young lady who is new was energetic and attentive. The price was $18.45 for this plate of food, not sure I see the value for a mostly empty plate of mediocre food, more importantly it’s not what I wanted. In the past I have seen the owners here and this place was on POINT! Bummer, co worker has a coupon will strongly recommend another place for sure.

Great service. Great employees

Ordered online through the App. When I got to the store 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready I was told it would be another 10 minutes. Store was out of diet coke, kids cups, 2 types of BBQ sauce, pulled pork and some other sides ( creamed spinach being one). Staff was doing their best but they looked understaffed. Tables had garbage on them and needed wiping down. I have been here before but had a bad experience with the food so we stopped coming. The first time back was another disappointment, although the food was good the experience was not. It seems ownership wants to cut corners (never had free ice cream as some other Dickeys do, doesn't participate in promotions) and doesn't properly pay to get enough staff. We have given up and are excited about the new food truck bbqs and enjoy the other "famous" place across the highway.

Got to give this place a bit of chance considering I'm from Texas, and have some of the best BBQ there. This chain originated in Texas; the original location is very good, yet these chain locations do not live up to that Texas BBQ promised. I find it good for when you want BBQ and don't want to spend the money at Famous Dave's I would say this is the best option. Given the fact of its a chain location, don't expect the best from here but it still has ample opportunity for a enjoyable experience.

Staff was friendly but extremely slow. Took us atleast 30 minutes to get put food ordered and there were 3 people in front of us.. I ordered a brisket which was over cooked and cold, baked potato, and when I went to eat it it is old, rock hard and there's hardly any fixings on it. Usually dickeys is good. Won't be going agian.

For $17 (pit dip sandwich) there’s not much brisket on this sandwich and the sides are really small. Paid $40+ for two sandwiches. They charge way too much for skimpy bland food.

I work in a busy Vet office and sometimes forget to order lunch. Decided to try Dickey's and ordered thru ActiveMenus on their website. Fast service, came just in time for lunch. Delicious as always. Next time I'll remember to order a Big Yellow Cup of Sweet Tea!

The people did an amazing job serving us. They look very tired and stressed, it was busy and big families were coming in. Theis place has been looking for a GM for quite some time, maybe that's the reason the meat was awful. The brisket was the driest I've ever had at this location, but the sides were really good. Please do some more hiring and get these people more help...

The best place to eat. Hands down. Fresh food. Child friendly. Catering option is awesome. Usually a line but they keep it moving so that hardly matters.
