Quite literally the worst drive thru experience we’ve ever had. We were in line for over an hour. I’m not exaggerating. There were no more than 8 cars in front of us when we got in line. The worst part was that once we realized that we’d been in line for 20 minutes and only advanced 2 cars, it was too late and we couldn’t get out of line. We were subsequently stuck there for 40 minutes.When we got up to the window, my husband kindly let them know that they need to let people know when they get in the drive-thru line, they’re committing to at least 45 minutes there.He was offered chips and a bunch of excuses. Not acceptable. If they keep this up, the business will die. We didn’t take the chips. We would’ve rather had our hour back. ?
Online ordering tells you to use the drive thru to pick up your order, then says differently on the order finalization screen. I've been in line for 45 minutes, for an order that was ready 30 minutes ago, and I haven't even gotten to the ordering menu. Not for a large order, either. 2 entrees and 2 beverages. If you like being misled and having your time wasted, this is the joint.Just got into the store and they didn't even have my order. I had to open my banking app to show that I was charged for it, then go back to my order on the website to show him what I had ordered. The man who assisted me in store was friendly and offered a free drink as compensation, but admitted that he shut down online ordering half an hour ago, eliminating my order.It's this easy guys: PUT A SIGN AT THE DRIVE THRU ENTRANCE THAT SAYS "PLEASE GO INSIDE FOR ONLINE ORDERS."I can't read 20 point text on your door from 100 yards. Nobody can.This could have saved us both a headache.
it’s gone downhill. Hard to find good help I guess. I just waited in line for a while and walked out. Nobody talked to me. The drive thru was closed. One kid sweeping another chatting it up with a buddy. A large group walked in behind me and the worker dropped an F under his breath. I just left and went to the ramen place across the street and was instantly seated
I love costa vida but this location is constantly out of things, and even necessities like lids to cups and straws. We just sat in the drive through and waited 25 minutes for our food. We were the only car in line.
Service was not great, had to come inside to pick up my online order, they would not pass it out of the drive through window. This was very inconvenient with my broken foot.Food was honestly horrible. The worst mexican food I can remember. Qdoba is a much better and cheaper option.
Often dosent have steak, often closes drive through, often doesn't have lots for cups. No other restaurants have these issues, unsure what issue is, food is good when you can get it.
I ate there one time. Went though the drive thru. The food was ok. After I was done eating my stomach was hurting....I went home and threw up several times. I got food poisoning. I never ate there again.
Chili Verde enchiladas were very good. Service and cleanliness is not good. Some of the Staff were rude and no one was cleaning the lobby or tables. There was trash on the floor and tables. Staff seem to have no direction or care...it's just a job...sad.
Everything is so delicious and we loved Seth's excellent customer service and enthusiasm! 4☆ because there's no sour cream. Coscto is right next door ?♀️ go get some? Keep up the great work!
I was stuck in the drive through for FORTY MINUTES today! I did not complain, but clearly other people were because the employee apologized and said she was THE ONLY ONE WORKING! If you have one employee for lunchtime you just need to be closed until you can hire other staff.
