The food here is usually pretty good, but my experience today is why I decided to finally leave a review.The woman who took my order was attentive, friendly, and didn't miss a beat. The food I got was fresh, warm, fries were crispy and perfectly salty, my spicy chicken sandwich was juicy, crispy, and not over greasy. If you go here you will not be disappointed.
I am very disappointed in the customer service I received today. I ordered several meals, but did not receive two meals I ordered and didn't notice until I got home. When I called, I was informed they can not make it right even if you come back to the store, but would mail me a voucher. This has been their policy for some time. So what I hear as the consumer, is that we are treated poorly because the staff didn't do their job to fulfill the order correctly. I shouldn't have to check two bags to make sure they did their job.
This chain always sets high standards, this branch goes the extra mile in terms of service and cleanliness. All the members of staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous. Food was served promptly to the table, fresh and piping hot. Going back for lemonade refills no problem. If only all fast food restaurants were like this. The chicken sandwiches are great too!
My experience here was wonderful and the staff were so friendly! Food was great and I’m a new fan! Even gave my dog a pup cup of whipped cream ?
Burgers were good but small, pre packaged cheese, and to much salt!! But tasty when on the run !!
The service is always great at every single location I have ever been to . I even substituted my sandwich bread and it turned out great
I love this Chick-Fil-A!!! The workers are super nice and make sure you get your food. My mom was having a rough day and one of the workers gave us a free bag of cookies. ?

Always great food! Fast, hot and staff and friendly as always. Couldn't ask for a better service. Mac N Cheese is amazing.
I apologize for not detailing my experience. I appreciate the response from the owner. Food was great and staff was pleasant as always. I stop when in town for work. I was just disappointed I was unable to add a cup of ice- to my order for later- without going back through the line. I'll remember to do that ahead of time for future visit. Sorry for 3 stars- I changed it to 5. :)
