The owners have to read these reviews right? Firstly, I feel bad for the staffing issues, not the fault of the few that are working (they were very kind)....BUT! The only positive was the soda, it was perfect! The chicken nuggets (don't bother) there is no way there were made on the same day we got them. One bite and in the trash, same with the fries. I thought if I asked for fresh fries I may at least get warm ones, nope, also in the trash. Just close down if your not going to serve edible food. People work hard for their money these days and you're basically stealing from them. Keep driving past is my advice.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. After a 20+ minute wait with only 3 vehicles in front of us, we received our order. They gave us a tiny fry instead of a large, then asked us to wait more time for the fries to get done so they could get us the right size. Also, they did not give us a receipt, so we could not leave a review with corporate. It seemed as if they gave us the last of the fries and called it good knowing it was the wrong size.
Damn store advertises wrong hours. It also advertises that the dining room is open until 2:30. I haven't seen it open in months. Today's fries and chicken nuggets came out luke warm. Burger was real good though. They forgot to give us our dips. The food from the south Kalispell store is always barely warm and therefore disappointing.
National brand, what could go wrong? The drive through was empty and the lobby is closed, so things should be ok. Placing the order with no lettuce and no onion, it wasn't repeated back and I was told I would get my total at the window. The total stated matched what was posted (high for what I ordered, but inflation, right?) and did not receive a receipt. After leaving and reaching my destination, I discovered my sandwich had both onion and lettuce. I called the store just to let them know in effort to create a little more care for the next patron. Afterward, I began to clear the extra items and realized there were also hairs present in and on the sandwich. Prompting me to take my place here. My recommendation, keep driving. Needless to say, it all ended up in the trash and my unplanned fasting diet is on.
Our food was barely warm and the cheese was cold. We even asked for them to be freshly made. Wanted the cheese melted. Fries were limp and tasted like old oil. My soda had little to no ice in it. We ended up tossing our food and stopped down the road for new food. Would have returned to either have replaced or refunded but were on our way out of town.
Do Not, Do Not, DO NOT Eat here. This is a picture of the box of cold dried out fries that I got. Yes that's all the fries I didn't eat any. That's all I got. The Burger was cold. I asked the kid at the window when he handed me my drink if it was a medium Coke. He said yes and handed it to me. It was a freaking Dr. Pepper. I know its hard to get help now a days BUT REALLY!
If I could go lower I would. They charged me but canceled my order. I had door dash picking up the other and got a message saying it was cancelled, money still gone. Been to this one in the past and they also have poor service. Not impressed
It was close to closing I ordered a double combo meal they gave me one Burger and not the other, dude shut the window and ran to the back & turned off the lights. I drove around to drive through no one answered and I pulled up to the window for 5 minutes and they were hiding in the back, and that was it
Worst lack of interest in serving customers I have ever seen at as Burger King. Hours are clearly 7:00 AM. I arrived at 6:50 and parked at the service window. At 7:05 AM a woman made coffee, worked with other beverages and did not even look at me. At 7:15 I honked the horn several times to get her attention to find out if they could serve me breakfast or had a problem. I was still ignored.finally had to leave at 7:20 AM so I would not be late for work. Obviously my family will be NEVER try to have a meal or at this Burger King anytime in the future. Montanans do not tolerate as disrespect.
We just went to this Burger King yesterday, after not being able to get the Evergreen location to answer their phone to answer a question. I've read poor reviews of this location so was uncertain, however my experiences at the Evergreen location have been less that wonderful recently anyhow so worth trying. Honestly, right from their answering of the phone I was impressed. Very polite and patient in answering my question and even verified it's inclusion in a current promotion.Once we arrived, they were quick and very friendly in taking our order. Joking with us a little and just overall very well tempered. We get to the window and this just continued. Was a younger brunette and then who I believe was the manager further into the store. As we got our food, the last impression that really stuck with me was that as I told them to have a wonderful day, not only was the employee I'd been mostly talking to have a big smile but the assumed manager in the back had been smiling and was just very receptive as well to my well wishes. Normally as You look in the background other employees are paying no attention or just not reacting. Food was absolutely perfect...the Evergreen location usually burns our smaller fried items like Jalepeno bites etc. They were perfect here. Definitely worth our extra distance, if this service continues forward. Renewed my faith in Burger King. Funny thing..what I'd ordered was the newly returned (after 14 years) Italian chicken sandwich. So truly like I stepped back in time...into my memories of Burger King. Great Service, well presented and well prepared food. Thank you guys!
