Outstanding first experience. My parents had a gift card they were wanting to spend. We were lucky enough, when requesting a booth, to end up in Tatum's section. She was a delight and shared knowledge with us about the menu that helped us make wise decisions. She also was extremely attentive and checked in on us at the perfect moments. She was busy and we never noticed because she paid out table special care as she did each of her other tables, she was on it. We will be back. The food was well prepared and delicious. Kudos to the back of the house today as well. Thanks for the great experience.
been here for an hour and my server has been pretty MIA. there were more than 3 tables that sat after my sisters and the server talked to them before we were spoken to. We had 3 pretty simple orders, just wings and fries and the tables around us got their food while we sit here waiting over an hour for our food. this is ridiculous that we have to wait this long in a restaurant that’s not even completely full. and the server doesn’t seem to be in any kind of rush to get our food done but everyone else’s he rushes out with. i am so bummed out because i was looking for eating some good wings after such a long day. i am giving a one star because the bathrooms were clean :)
•HORRIBLE•We were sat at a booth, it was sticky, full of bbq sauce. We asked to have it cleaned as if it were a problem. We then were ignored for 35 minutes. We had all three of our small children with us. The restaurant was 1/4 full. We ordered, it took an hour and twelve minutes to get our wings, my husbands were cold, my sons were so crispy he couldn’t eat them (he’s two) we asked for my husbands to be remade. Our waitress replied “no because they are cooked throughly they don’t need to be cooked again” umm what?! What a terrible place. It’s so sad it’s gone downhill. We use to like BWW but, I would definitely recommend McDonald’s across the street Vs paying $75 for a family dinner nobody can eat, not to mention the two hours of time I’ll never get back.
Absolute worst BWW I've ever been to. Placed an order online and was told on the phone to be there in 30 min. I arrived on time and had to wait for an hour while they found, placed (twice because the boy at the front counter didn't put it in when I made my initial complaint, and had to be put in again by another waitress 25min later) and made my order. The 1 waitress who was trying to be helpful gave me 30% off ($9.00 to sit and wait for food for an hour while my kids sat in the car with my girlfriend) I will never go here again and you shouldn't either, I've been here 3 times in the last 6 months and have been extremely disappointed every time. luckily I only got sick one of the times I went!!
Restaurant was not busy. Online order was 20 minutes late. 4 staff members passed the stand without acknowledging us. Got in our truck and discovered half the order was missing. This has happened previously as well. This was the Last time to let them try and make it right.
We were sat immediately, it took our waitress 8 minutes to greet us and ask for a drink order. We didn’t waste time ordering when she showed up we were afraid we wouldn’t get her back. It took 40 minutes for our food to arrive. The burgers were all burnt to a crisp and the wings were the wrong order. Our waitress took care of us with the wings. We didn’t even bring up the burnt burgers. Not her fault. We were done, the manager needs to take care of the cooking situation fast. We have never been served worse food here and we are regulars. There is a lack of communication between the hostess and the server, she had no idea we were there I don’t blame her. Also she was dealing with angry customers over their food wait and miss orders already. Management and cooks failed today. The place was half empty. No excuses.
It was great food, slower service and our waitress was not very kind to me and my family.
Service was quick and professional, waitress was very patient with my child. Food was delivered promptly and everything tasted great. Overall it was a great dining experience.
The Thai Curry is my favorite sauce for the wings, but I usually have to pair it with the Garlic Parmesan to save my delicate taste buds every other bite. I've never had a bad experience here. The husband and son say the burgers are delicious. We all agree the cheese curds and fried pickles are on point, too.
Never been a big fan, just okay food. This go around lots of menu items were unavailable, rather disappointing. Beer menu always compensates for the mediocre food. By design, I'm sure.
