You know tourist season has started when they start to run out of ice cream. I love it here but wish that we could get more ice cream sooner when it disappears. Steve is always helpful and nice and the store is almost always clean. Even the teenagers he hires are nice and respectful. It is always nice when i take my family in for a special treat.
No complaints on the ice cream or two young girls waiting on us. BUT --- had I looked at the dirty tables and the horrendously dirty floors, I would have walked out. There was no one there when we walked in. No reason why the 2 girls couldn't have cleaned tables or sweep the floors. It was really that bad and is totally unacceptable. Owner trying to sell business. Good luck with the looks of the place. And a sign on the door states "This restaurant is deep cleaned and disinfected ",,,,??? Sad!!

Steve does an incredible job running this establishment. He and the rest of his crew are always friendly and efficient. The shop is always clean with a cozy feel. Ice cream flavors always fresh and lots of options. I highly recommend the ice cream cakes, Steve always does such a spectacular job preparing them. Never had a bad experience in all my years visiting this place.

First time at location great, second time disappointing. Ordered ice cream that was pretty much gone from the carton. None of the good stuff remained but the ice cream was scraped from the edges. Taste was like freezer burn, ice crystals in the ice cream, not pleasant. Instead of scraping the bottom of the carton, please replace and provide a consistent positive experience to your customers, especially for the cost of the product at BR.

Me and my kids rode our bikes all the way here just to find out they only accept cash and we’re turned away since we only brought card. We thought it was just temporary but when we stopped in again this week they still are only accepting cash. Very disappointing.
