Went to arby's in kalispell mt. their beef and cheddar was horrible. It was warmed up in a microwave
I was a employee at this place for about 3-4 months and all I got to say to the people that give us 2 stars or lower we have staffing problems and literally not even last month we had 4 people quit so actually think and thank the people who go there just to get yelled at by rude customers. It's not our fault. ok. And the whole thing about us closing early is true we only do 1000 to 500 but only on good days and btw I was the frycook and window order taking guy Native btw
I Love Arby's when I can get it, and have been coming to this location since the early 2000's.Tonight was my second attempted visit in the past 2 months during posted business hours when the restaurant had apparently closed early. Tonight was 6:00 pm on a Saturday (advertised open until 10pm).Big disappointment.
They came to the window to let us know (that was nice) that they closed two hours ago despite google saying that they were open for another 5 hours on the website
Good was good. We had the fish sandwiches, 2 for $6. But it had drive thru only. No inside dining. We were traveling and don't like to eat in the car.
The slowest drive thru in all the land! 45 minute minimum just to get through. Lobby is sporadically open. There's easier places to go in town
Rude employees. Yelled at my wife because they were closed even though it was only 6:14pm. 0 stars. Will be spending our money else where.
I asked for bacon to be added to a sandwich. Got told by a manager we don't do that. I asked I could have a side of bacon then. Got told again we don't do that. When we did finally get our sandwiches, the buns were raw. not toasted or cooked and the meat was cold. The customer service was horrible. I would not recommend this store to anyone who wants good quality food and great customer service.
Should be NO stars! It was our favorite place! But after today No F ing way! Web says open at 10am sign says 11am. So we waited in parking lot like they asked then they changed the sign without let anyone know! Thanks for waiting our time!
Great quality food, when you can get it. Their hours are completely irregular, often just taping a sign on the drive-through for when they will be opening, or when they closed. At lunch their line tends to be quite long, but we'll managed at other times, which is more than I can say for many fast food spots in Kalispell.I know they are probably understaffed like other places, and the employees seem to be working hard when they're present.
