We enjoyed it! My son, the wing expert rated the buffalo wings 5/5 stars. The fish and chips were excellent, and the Montana dip was good. My husband’s sweet potato fries were a bit underdone but overall food was very good. The service was very good as well, quick drinks and I appreciate knowing when someone is in training.
Having the food here and the pretzel I would say the pretzel won’t disappoint. Yes it is in a pizza box. Probably one of the best pretzels I have ever had. A good use of 16 bucks.Staff was friendly and helpful and we received food in reasonable about of time.
We ordered Mac cheese with fried chicken and bacon cheese burger. The fired chicken was hard and dry but the Mac cheese was okay. The waitress asked us how do you want have your burger cooked? We said “medium “ but it came well done. A little bit disappointed. Service was good.
Varied menu, local beer and cocktails made with spirits from local distillery's. Outdoor seating in the evening is great.
I had the Black & Blue Burger with Sweet Potato Fries. That was great.My friend had Gyro (very good) and garlic Parmigiano Fries...pretty bland because there was only a little cheese and seasoning in the middle. Atmosphere is good and service was fast and friendly. Waited a little to be seated but there is a seated waiting area. Menu has a big variety and prices are very reasonable. Will be back soon!
Waited far too long to be acknowledged at the entrance at the hostess stand. Food was mediocre. We ordered the Rueben, Fish fry and chicken strips. The fish was decent but the other food seemed to have sat before being served to us. Fries were limp and bread was soggy. Will not return.
This place seems like it is busy any day of the week during dinner time. The outdoor seating is pleasant on temperate days.The staff were friendly and my waitress was attentive to my questions about their gluten free options. They have access to gluten free buns, noodles, and no croutons on the salad options.
Stopped by after a basketball ball game. Wasn’t horribly crowded. No one in line but took 5 minutes for waitress to seat us. Ordered at 11:30 finally received food at 12:30. More people filtered in about noon some received meals before us. When we received our meals some were nice and hit while others were cold. Not sure if I’d go back. Maybe for a drink and tvs otherwise not worth the wait. Had tons of waitresses maybe not enough cooks.
Awesome service by Dallas. Food was to die for, I had fried enchiladas...Grilled cheese and tomato soup was so good and tasty. Awesome ambiance. I love the building.
I’ve always enjoyed Windbag for a fun, lively atmosphere and good pub food. But lately, the service has completely gone downhill. The staff is often abrupt and inattentive. And if you go there for lunch, plan about 2 hours. The kitchen is super slow. Food and drinks are still good, but the bad and slow service has been taking me to other restaurants. Not pleased.
