I come here after having had issues with getting the right order, but seems to be getting better.
Person taking our order was very sick. Should not have come to work that day. Food was good.
It has been a very long time since we ate at Wendy's. Everything was just as good as we remember. The chili was hot and tasty. The cheeseburger was hot and juicy. The fries were hot and salted just right. And the Frosty for dessert brought back wonderful memories. One can't not recommend Wendy's for a tasty lunch. The food is just as good as the last time we ate there. It's nice that some things don't change.
Fast and great excellent taste. Love that Wendy's. Definitely will go back
This store has taken a huge dive. My last 2 visits I've been shorted food and 2 times I've ordered a spicey chicken and got a grilled that was under cooked the last time and the sandwich was in a ball shape. The chilli meat is gross. I dont think ill be going back. The quality of food is not worth 1 star bit I had to give it at least one to post this
Most inconsistent food in Helena. Tonight the chili was so spicy that I had to throw it out.
Its just your average wendy's. Beats McDonald's anyday but it is still just fastfood. There was a very cool worker there who was patient with my family's confusing order so i really appreciated that.
The staff were nice, so that's why there's even 2 stars, but man was this a bad experience otherwise. They were slammed, so I was expecting a bit of a wait. I walked in and there was no line but I waited at least 5 minutes to get to place my order. Then I waited almost exactly a half hour after I ordered before it was ready.This next part may be on me for not double checking the order after that fiasco, but when I got back to the hotel room I find out that the baked potato with sour cream and chives didn't have any sour cream, or even butter. Just potato and chives. I would've gone back, but they locked the doors while I was still waiting on my order placed at 19:34, and they had to unlock them to let me out. I guess they close to walk in customers at 20:00.Also, I don't know if this is a Montana thing, but there was not a hair net in site. Some staff were wearing hats or visors but that didn't keep their long hair back. Thankfully everyone I saw was wearing gloves at least.
I love the food. I just wish that their was a little more customer greeting with the person at the payment window when I said good morning today. I hope her day got better. Everything else was great.
My order was totally wrong, I wanted to go inside ar 7:10pm and the doors were locked and the person taking the order really needed to find a personality. I will be hard pressed to return.
