I had the sliced Pork it was excellent and juicy, this Blowhard highly recommends The Rib Shack! The BBQ sauce, coleslaw and Baked Beans were also delicious, great price for a good size serving. I’ll be back!

We had the best experience working with Tom to cater our wedding! We had food served for 100+ people and Tom was awesome to work with! He was easy to get in touch with, always answered our questions and was quick to respond. The timing and set up was perfect. The gentleman man who ran the place was very courteous. Ribs were outstanding. Some of the brisket was dry but when I microwaved it the next day to eat the left overs it was tender and juicy. Overall good food. Highly recommend the ribs.

My first time here, I've kind of avoided it cuz I always get dry and flavorless food from other bbq places. This little place rocks! I got brisket and ribs, potato salad and coleslaw. Amazing! Super tender and very juicy! Some parts have the delicious burnt ends but the rest is very tender. I don't know how he does it but it's definitely worth it to stop by. Very reasonably priced too!!
