I’m ONLY giving five stars based on the donuts, not shop hours, staff demeanor or anything else. The donuts were fresh, tasty, not overly complicated or ridiculous like something you might find at a Voodoo donut. Based on what I had I would go back and recommend the dirty dozen.

Fantastic Donuts. I got these for the Laurel Dodgers baseball team 3 days in a row. Best donuts ever they said. Fantastic job. We will be back.

My family and I, who are HUGE donut lovers, often try to go to as many mom and pop owned donut shops on our trips as humanly possible (pizza, is another go-to food of ours!). The Dirty Dozen definitely has some GOOD donuts (better than most, I might ad!!!). My wife and daughter both had the Mr. T donut, I had a bite, it was great!! We also indulged in a fruity pebbles donut, an old fashioned, and a really FANTASTIC apple fritter!!! The worker behind the counter came off a bit stand-offish and rude I thought, but the donuts more than made up for that.

The only reason this rating gets two stars is because the donuts are good. We arrived at the store today greeted by a sign that they'd be back in ten minutes. So we waited. When the employee arrived, he flipped the lock open, and walked away. There was no acknowledgment that he even had customers. When we ordered he was very short, one word responses. I asked for a tiramisu donut (there was an entire rack of them available) and he pretended not to hear me, then he said there weren't any for the day. I asked again if those were available and he rolled his eyes and didn't respond. We were a complete inconvenience to this employee. He did this to three patrons in a row. The donuts are about half the size of the donuts at Vans. For the price and general being treated like you are better than an inconvenience, go to Vans. I try this establishment every few months or so to see if it will improve. After years, it's still the same. Horrible service, good donuts.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in Helena. This person rolled their eyes at me multiple times and didn’t have a single nice thing to say about anything at all. I will not be returning until better staff is found. I use to love coming to this donut shop. I didn’t mind the prices being a little high or if the ran out because they are that tasty but I will NOT tolerate rude people especially when I am paying them to treat me that way!!! Please please please find better staff.

Good donuts! Nothing completely amazing, but all around solid. My kids loved the Fruity Pebbles with vanilla icing.

Been trying to catch this place open for almost a year now.. NEVER OPEN.. I'm here at 7am and been waiting since "open" to get some donuts.. I absolutely give up on this place. Don't waste your time. Other people have already came and left and I'm still waiting for open at 7am on a Saturday morning when the door and Google say they open at 630!! ?

Not very impressed. I asked for 2 Tigertails and 1 raspberry filled doughnut and a chai.I was given 2 MAPLE BARS and the raspberry. The chai was so full of milk, you couldn’t taste anything else. The maple bars also barely had ANY frosting on them! Very disappointed for my very first time there.Edit: Tried to call and remedy the situation, but the front staff only apologized and HUNG UP ON ME. Will NOT be going to this place again.

There donuts are amazing and always a blast of flavors. No matter what you get you won't be disappointed. That whole crew is amazing and great people to chat with.

Absolutely delicious donuts (including huckleberry! ?). Best in Helena. Lots of variety, friendly service, free wifi, and I hear a simple phone call in to them can schedule a donut decorating party for a small group of kids or adults with an assortment of toppings. Great idea for a birthday party. My 4yo highly recommends, and so do I!
