I placed an online order through door dash and taco treat was out of a very key order item and rather than forget about it, they called to let me know and were able to offer a great solution so that everything would still arrive as ordered. I greatly appreciated the call and was extremely happy with the food and service from both parties. Thank you!
Taco Treat was absolutely amazing before they switched over to this so called new taco treat, we have only been back there four times since they switched over. The last two times we were there we were very disappointed...the food was absolutely horrible, our sodas had some kind of strange slim in them, must not be cleaning their fountain nozzles. Even after being asked if there is sauce, napkins, and utensils in the bag more than once, we get to where we are going and nothing!! Used to absolutely love this place but right now with the people that are running this place I highly do not recommend this place!!
I went to get food tonight with my girlfriend and her daughter, I ordered a nacho supreme and two Indian tacos with no olives. My girlfriend’s daughter opened the nachos and there was a long piece of hair mixed in with the nachos, and they put olives on the Indian tacos. They refused to give me a refund and they finally offered to give a gift card for the messed up order. My order came to $25 and they only gave me an $18 gift card.
I have always enjoyed taco treat. Lately I have been using door dash. Everytime the order arrives is wrong. Everytime I call to get it corrected, the gal that answers the phone is extremely rude. I understand people are short staffed and mistakes happen. What I don't understand is being rude to customers. I didnt call and yell or start out by being rude. She instantly started being rude and would just pass the phone off to someone else. Mistakes happen we are all human but being rude about mistakes made is not acceptable.
So my best friend introduced me to this place when we were in highschool. We went there often on our lunch break. I had never really had a problem with them before. I will say the staff has always been super nice to me. However I just went there an hour ago and order three taco burgers, what a mistake that was. Normally when I go there they give me lots of napkins. This time they did not give me any napkins. The "taco burgers" was literally just a bun with like a pinch of meat and a pinch of lettuce so I basically just payed for buns. Normally there taco burgers would have lots of meat but unfortunately this time there was basically none. But after this experience I don't think I will be going back again.

We ordered $45.16 worth of food from Taco Treat to be delivered by DoorDash. We received the wrong order and stopped the delivery driver before she left. We explained that we had the wrong order and she told us to contact Taco Treat to rectify the problem. When we contacted Taco Treat they blamed the delivery of wrong food on DoorDash. I asked if DoorDash put our name on the sack of food or Taco Treat? The supervisor I spoke to got very upset and refused to do anything about the wrong order.She was very rude and very unprofessional. We will not be ordering from Taco Treat again.
The young man working the drive thru window today was friendly, funny, and highly efficient. It was a breath of fresh air to see such great customer service in a time that customer service has been lacking. He made my day! Great food, great service!
We have been going to Taco Treat in Helena for 25+ years, but will not be doing that any longer. Today, we went through the drive thru at about 2pm and the lady taking orders was very rude and argued with us about tater treats vs cheese fries. Her excuse... we are under new ownership. Well, you won't be in business much longer with customer service like that. We will skip Taco Treat in Helena from now on. Hopefully the ones in Great Falls are not the same owner.
