I waited in line at the drive through for over 40 minutes and got cold food and a messed up order. I tried reaching the store and was essentially hung up on after many rings with no option to leave a message. I have no issues personally with communicating my problem if they are willing to fix it, but after burning up my entire lunch break and being left unable to contact them over the phone, I am left only the option of leaving a review. Super dissatisfied with the poor service and management. One Star might be to good.
I honestly don’t want to put a star… 0 star rating! I love taco John’s! Tonight broke my heart man I got no meat on super potatoe oles, wrong burritos, and I called and asked if they would remake the order and the lady asked that we drive back across town with the food after waiting in line Hungry for 20 mins. She wanted to see what was wrong with the order herself before remaking it? Like I would lie about her messing my order up? I get it but really they get payed well to do their job correctly? Payed $28 for the wrong food! The only thing they didn’t mess up was the cheese quesadillas and I was surprised I didn’t get a couple dry tortillas.
Always tasty and servers are always considerate when they're slammed with business. A place worth waiting for your food at.Just dont order through the app as it always seems to cause a problem at the store.
I don’t usually write reviews and I’m hoping it’s just because they are low staffed and no one knows what to do. BUT…By far one of the worst experiences I’ve had. We waited for over an hour for our food. Waiting with three hungry children we watched as the line got longer and longer and people literally walking out. We thought it would be faster since the drive through was in the street it was so long. No they were just extremely slow. To top it off our order was wrong and when we told her she gave us attitude and basically in her tone didn’t believe us and we showed her. So she through stuff on and it still wasn’t right. Basically over an hour later 4 out of five of us got to eat because they got it wrong and we were not waiting another minute. They were not going to Fix it either. So We basically paid $50 for 5 tater tots. We won’t be going back.So if you don’t mind being there all day and paying lots of money for not so great of food…head here
First they gave us the wrong order. Then when we got our Taco Salad it had a spoon full of meet an cheese off to one side. It was Gross. We did not eat it. Not happy at all with them.
Had a good experience. Food was good and order accurate. Drive thru was fast and staff pleasant.
I guess I should have read the reviews before I went in there because it seems to be staying the same. Was in the drive up for 20 minutes decided to go to the walk-in there was only two customers in there and it took another 30 minutes to get our order. They didn’t give us everything we paid for they charged us guac sour cream and a mocha coffee which we never received. Food was cold more lettuce and Shell then anything else . Donuts were like chewing rubber. guess we won’t be going back there anytime soon or recommend it to anybody else. There were four employees standing there nobody can seem to get it together. Still cost us plenty even with a coupon
Waited 30 mins for food in lobby they kept giving the drive through food and no one in the lobby. The manager was yelling at employees and ignoring customers in the lobby. They had 0 organization.
Every negative review does a more accurate depiction of this restaurant than the good ones. missing part of my order and the nachos are definitely just microwaved chips and pre-shredded cheese. I don’t know why people talked so highly of this god awful establishment. Only good take away was the price, but I usually don’t have to pay when being given trash. A total waste of time.
It was good ole's could have been fresher but always a delight to see a taco johns. The green hot sauce really hot and awesome.
