Horrible customer service. Radio is always so loud you can't talk to your party. When you ask to have them turn it down, they glare at you like you've asked for their first aborted fetus. Lobby is always nasty or they close it from time to time whenever they want. Employees yell back and forth at each other and play around as if it's some game to throw food and yell at each other. Yum Food Group, for the love of avocado, someone shop this store and fix it. It's Helena, its not the other location is any better with hour plus waits in the drive thru and the lobby door welded shut apparently.
I am in Helena for work, and I usually try to eat local while traveling… but one day we were just too tired and said whatever we will eat at this Taco Bell. THIS IS THE BEST TACO BELL ANY OF US HAVE EVER HAD! The orders are flawlessly executed, the employees are so friendly, and the managers run a tight ship. We can not stop coming to or talking about this Taco Bell, we seem crazy, but I just had to come on here and leave a review. Thank you all for your service, happy 4th of July
Ordered online, got to the store on N Montana, it was closed. No one there.The other location would not honor or refund my order.Went to the store the next morning for a refund. The manager was rude and hard to deal with. And he still didn't give me a full refund.So for $19 spent, I was refunded $16. I guess the attitude was my other $3.I do not recommend Taco Bell in Helena MT, and I will never go back.
This is a new location but thus far they have struggled to keep it staffed. You can come here on any given day, and they will just be closed. Also, They are incredibly slow and careless when they are open. The last time I came they had a sign saying the fryers are down, so they didn’t have half their menu. I find it hard to believe that their fryers are down when it’s a new building. More than likely they were a little understaffed, so they just decided to offer a limited menu. Unfortunately I had no idea until I was stuck in line, and I asked the cashier why are they even open if they don’t have half their menu. She just gave me an attitude, because they are lazy and overpaid. I suggest checking out other lunch options in Helena
I like this location in Helena and I'm really glad they built it, however today, I ordered ahead in the app and ordered unsweetened iced tea. After I left the store, I took a big drink and realized it was sweetened. I was already halfway out of town and couldn't turn around to go back and have them change it out. Making a mistake like this could be life-threatening had I been a diabetic. As it is, my blood sugar can get out of whack pretty quickly and weird things happen to me. Being in the middle of nowhere on my way home and having a emergency is not a good thing.Just a heads up for management.
This Taco Bell is never open when their posted hours say they are supposed to be open. They take orders online and they never fill them so you have to go online and tell your bank that you have fraud on your account because this Taco Bell is literally stealing people’s money. What is the point of having to Taco Bell‘s in town if you can’t even staff one properly? Fix it or leave Helena!
This taco bell is a LOT better than the one on N. Montana Ave imo. Food comes out fresher and hotter than the other location. Staff is always friendly and I love the kiosk ordering system. Keep it up!
Guy working the drive thru was phenomenal. Gave extra hot sauce like asked without acting like the world would end if I received more then one per taco. Tasty as always;
Slowest drive through ever thought the north montana location was bad. This one was good to start but it really was all lies. Taco bell just can't get it right in Helena
This is the third time I have had an awful experience with this store. This time was the worst by far. Our cashier was very awkward and unprofessional. He messed up the order many times. We then waited for 15 minutes to get our food. When we got it, it was just thrown in the bag and made with very little product. This is completely unbelievable!
