Ordering went slow due to training, completely understandable. But when given clarification on the order, the person taking the order and doing the training chose to move forward with the incorrect order. She ensured us she would get the right items in the bag. We sat at the window for about 20 minutes, to find that not only is there cinnamon all over the burritos, but the two we were promised were going to be corrected, were not what we ordered. USE EVERY OPPORTUNITY AS A TRAINING OPPORTUNITY, that’s how you create employees.
Took an hour to get our food. I watched the cashier chat with the car in front of me for 15 minutes. When I finally was able to pull up we sat for another 10 minutes. I watched while 2 people filled 3 pops and then stood around. When I was finally handed my food it was cold. Legit ridiculous and they should actually have zero stars.
I know this is fast food and your standards should be too high, but save yourself some time, skip the 40 minute drive thru line and go sit down at Applebees or Hwy 55 instead. This is the third consecutive time they’ve not given me sauces after asking me if I want any (of course I want sauces). They didn’t cut my quesadilla into little triangles, but that’s a me problem I guess ): And they’re also out of menu ingredients quite often.
On 3 seperate occasions they have convieniently run out of chicken, steak, and beef all at once. It's amazing really, to run out of all 3 right as the drive thru line gets a bit too long. Like, line is moving smooth, and they're filling orders, then BAM!.... an unforseen super localized natural disaster causes a meat shortage that only hits this location and it destroys all the meat at once. I eat taco bell like 2 times a year, so it's really quite remarkable, maybe it's me. But seriously, you've got some lazy fibbers working here.
Horrible quality of food. The last two times I've been there. Didn't even taste like it should. Unfortunately I'll stop going there. I used to love it over taco johns.
The new Cinnabon ice coffee comes out just nasty I've had stronger tea and absolutely no cream or flavoring
They can never get orders correct. They are always wrong. Went through the drive-Thru the other day and my order was completely wrong....
Currently sitting in the drive through.. Took 30 min with two cars ahead of me to even get to the ordering station. Still currently waiting at the order station, i assume its going to be another 25-30 minutes. Why does mc donalds have two lanes and I get out of their drive through in under ten minutes even when they're slammed?? Come on taco bell, figure it out… it’s 6pm on a Sunday seriously?
Forgot sauce, forgot fork for a power bowl. I guess Im supposed to eat it with my hands or something. Power bowl looks like put together by a toddler. Nice kid tho, nice kid.
So I stop at the New store.. to find doors locked , yet customers inside… at 7:15 on a Friday night. No sign in regards to the lobby, but one that states the items they can make due to lack of supply truck..TACO BELL CORPORATE- this is in NO Way CUSTOMER service!! Horrible, and will spend my money elsewhere!! Your NON- ability to provide is apparent! Garbage!!
