I have been to this place 4 times and have had a terrible experience every time. One time they didn’t have the the bread I wanted or the steak, then the next time they didn’t have steak and there toasting machine was down and they didn’t tell me till I ordered and a lady coughed into her glove and tried to sell the the lady I front of me the sandwich she used to make with those gloves. TheCleanliness of the shop overall is very disapproving and I will never come here again.
Not really my choice of Eatery, but my friend enjoyed their sandwiches and their soup was pretty good as well.
They guy who was working when I just went In literally dipped his armpit on my sandwich 4 times and full on leaned over my sandwich after my sandwich was already made to get stuff for the next sandwhich and he even had sauce from my sanwich on his shirt .....when u finish making the sandwich wrap it before moving on to the next one...not dip ur body parts yo he also repeated process on my friends sandwhich too
Stood in line for nearly 30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. 4 other customers ahead of us walked out before ordering because of the ridiculous wait times. Employees were arguing with each other while making our sandwiches. One of the worst experiences ever.
Terrible service, these two girls were just sitting there talking, basically ignoring the customers. After waiting 25 minutes for 1 person in front of me with 3 different employees working. I was finally up, Apparently this subway doesn’t have veggie Patties and I’ve never heard of that before. Needless to say I would never recommend this subway.
This is only the second poor review that I have ever posted, which means it takes a great level of negativity to get me here. The employees were rude to the level of rolling their eyes and slapping the ingredients on our sandwiches. We ordered sandwiches with listed ingredients (ie bacon, cheddar, ranch) and when asked if we wanted sauce we asked for the ranch it came with. We were told it "wasn't like a prerequisite to get the ranch or something" with another eye roll. Finally, the rap music was loud enough to hear plenty of the F-bombs and other expletives. I've never had an experience quite like this in a food establishment and am saddened my kids were with me to experience this one. Terrible.
The guy who was attending (probably the manager. I guess) he was throwing the bread and meat over the bar food, with a bad attitude and kind of rude. Probably it wasn't the best day for him but it's not everybody's fault for paying for it. I recommend going to a different subway if you can.
I will not be coming back to this location due to the hostility of one of the employees this afternoon. He has tattoos and looks like he lives in a box and is extremely rude to everyone every single time I’ve been in. Telling us to order online cause we’re slowing down the shop when lunch break just happens and have no time to order onlineThis man very much needs to be fired forever
Pretty good-size dining area, usually not too busy (although it can get that way), and about as clean as a Subway gets. The employees are usually quite genial, although they can be a bit... funny sometimes.
There was a large line and only 2 people working, one working behind the counter and one that was cleaning floors (an hour before they are supposed to close). The person cleaning the floors was asking people to move so she could clean around them... the person behind the counter was trying her hardest (or so I thought) but when I finally got to the front of the line she apologizes because she’s making online orders, instead of helping the people in front of her! Figure out your online-system (should never be making orders for people who aren’t in the store if there are people standing there and waiting to be helped and don’t let your employees clean up until all customers have been served (lock the doors at closing time, then clean up!) my sandwich was good, but the service here was probably the worst I have ever seen!
