My first and only experience with Steffano's was last week. I ordered 2 of thier 3 foot party subs. What I really appreciated was the fact that they were able to do all of the toppings on the side to keep the bread from getting too soggy. The bread and meats were fresh and tasty. They only asked for a 24 hr notice which was reasonable and you also get a $10 deposit back when you return the cutting board that they give you the bread on. I got this for a presentation I had and everyone loved the grub. Definitely coming back and maybe more tomatoes next time!
A little pricey for what you get, but the owners are good people so I'll support them and enjoy their tasty food until the value runs out. Hopefully it doesn't.*EDIT FOR APRIL 2022*I hate to say this, but I'm over this place. Gave them another chance and things have apparently only gotten worse. Overpriced for what you get (that's putting it nicely) and they charge a premium price for extra ingredients that somehow don't find their way to your food. You're literally paying for nothing. This is twice in a row! If I wanted to donate my money to them, I would simply do that without expecting anything in return. What a joke. I doubt I'll be back as my money is valuable to me and I expect to get what I pay for. What a shame as I loved this place, it's just not remotely what it used to be. They jumped the shark just like the Staggering Ox did years ago.
Excellent meatball subs, not baked but steamed delicious.
Have always had great service and awesome food, until today...I ordered 2 subs, a deb melt with mayo,lettuce, and onion and a beef BBQ. Get home and the beef BBQ is correct but the deb melt is a ham and cheese, that's it, sub roll, ham, and cheese...no mayo, no lettuce, no onion. One would think, if you raise the prices, you could at least get the sub you ordered. May be a while before I come back.
The beans were cold, the steak sub had no taste other than the mushrooms and peppers on them, and I have attached a picture of the ribs and you can clearly see the color of them says it all. They were definitely boiled. Took a bite of the ribs and had to spit it out. Not to mention, the service and attitude of the worker was awful. Will never go back.
Love their food , never had a bad meal and prices are good
family owned and operated with great customer service and food. It's always nice to go to a place of service and they know your 1st name and treat you like family

I was in for lunch today and just wanted to give a huge kudos to the young gentleman working the till. It was busy and he was super polite. Nice to see young people with great work ethic and service skills. Nice job! Ps.. the food was awesome too!
Great ribs. Have to take your pizza home to cook it.
