Came to get some work done between client visits, and it’s 10:15 on a Thursday. Both drive thru and lobby were closed. Walked in and there were maybe 4 patrons inside a spacious multi room location. Ordered and one of the baristas said you’ll need to leave, you can’t stay. When I questioned it she said, “didn’t you see the sign on the door that said LOBBY CLOSED” while other people were coming in. Said they were closing down the lobby bc everything was “crazy”… There were at least 4-5 employees behind the counter. Will NEVER be back… ??? and someone should teach whoever I talked to about customer service…
Friendly staff and fast service but the coffee was not great. I order the same drink at every Starbucks, so I know how it should look and taste. This is definitely lacking the extra shot I ordered. The color is too light and all I taste it milk. There is also barely any carmel added. Disappointed in this location. When you pay this amount of money for a drink, you expect to yet what you ordered.
Love Starbucks they have great drinks and food etc...
I love the friendly staff and the positive environment! I would give 5 stars, except my drinks usually lack consistency. They usually taste good, but they are definitely not the same every time.
Only giving 4 instead of 5 because the in-app ordering isn't always available. Otherwise - please enjoy a delightful slice of the Big City right here at home
Great friendly staff and a great facility. Definitely my favorite Starbucks branch.
Can't beat their White Chocolate Lattes with a warm croissant to warm you up on a cold day. Great service too.
Prices are higher for normal tasting things. My drink was okay but I was expecting better than I got.
Chai latte is my favourite
