Sheridan is a homie , coffee was amazing!
Firstly, customer service at this location seems to be satisfactory. My issue involves the quality of the coffee.In short, this location has not been reliable for me. I’ve given them multiple chances and rarely seem to get a drink that I’d say matches Starbucks’ standards. This instance, we ordered two iced shaken espressos, one vanilla and one brown sugar. Mine, the brown sugar, was so intensely sweet, such that when I tasted the vanilla, I could taste no flavor at all. The drink was not salvageable and I had to throw it away. My girlfriend compared the taste of it to tobacco. That particular drink is one I regularly get and I’m familiar with how much syrup flavor typically comes in it. There is at least one other instance where I received a drink that was much sweeter than expected.There is a new Starbucks location right behind the Safeway building this one is located in. I would recommend you just go there if you have the time and if it’s open.
Had no espresso beans and the barista was very rude.In other words it was a coffee shop with no coffee and bad service.
I don't go there.
Love Starbucks!! The employees are super friendly, soooo different from my last experience in Gt. Falls. I hope they were only having a bad day. Anyway. This one is attentive, quick, friendly and YUM!!
Starbucks locations could use some individuality, theyre good but it feels so cookie cutter
You know that the coffee break was a ploy to get workers to be even more slavish.So I guess it makes sense to have a corporate coffee shop??
Slow, but to be expected being short staffed, no breakfast sandwiches(oven was down), for missing 1-2 coworkers they were pretty quick.
Consistent hours and actually open!!! Great job!!
This starbucks does not have the rewards scanning option to pay and earn stars.
