Went to new location after Perkins. Waitress amazing. Menu for Shellies's lackluster, no pictures, wish would have incorporated some of items from Perkins menu, which was always great. Country fried steak and gravy cold/not homemade, hash browns toasted on outside/mushed on inside. Not impressed yet. we will see.
I had the western club. It was a very delicious sandwich. My only major complaint is, it was not served on Texas bread, and it was very small. Only a couple of bites. I was hungry 2 hours later. My suggestion make it double the size & there will be some very happy customers.My husband had your taco omlete and fell in love . OH and your seasoned fries THE BEST. Just need to add more to the meal. ALL VERY VERY GOOD THOUGH. WE WILL RETURN!!!
Passing through Helena on business very late night, starving, we stumbled across this gem. Not only did the food hit the spot, our server Cameron A was amazing! The service was friendly and helpful and the food was delicious! The portions were the perfect size and the homemade German Chocolate Cream Pie was the best pies I’ve ever had. This was a very wonderful visit. Thanks to all the staff for the hustle.
Shellies is always fast and yummy! We appreciate the hard work your staff puts in! We live a ways out from you folks, so we doordashed our order tonight. We don't usually order dessert, but we did tonight and we are so glad we did! I have to say that the strawberry/rhubarb pie was very good. Thank you!
We love going to Shelly's to eat. The staff is great services awesome even when they're really busy. Food is amazing
I had a salad, fried pickles, and cheesecake to go. Fried pickles were good. For some reason the salad didn't taste very fresh and the cheesecake was not cheesecake. I've never tasted a cheesecake like this one. I was super bummed because it was Christmas and the only place open and it was just me. From the reviews I was hoping for better. $24 seemed pretty spendy..
This is a fantastic place to come for a good hot meal! Everything on the menue sounds good so the hardest part is choosing what to have! The waitstaff are extremely hard working and friendly. Definitely a place we will come back to often!
Yummy food and great service!
Went to Shellies for my father in laws birthday. We had a large party, and had to wait for about 10 minutes. There was already a large party ahead of us. Our food arrived quickly. Portion size was good. Food was cooked to order, and tasted excellent. The country gravy was outstanding. The server did a great job with our large party. Thank you for a great breakfast.
5 stars tonight; service was very fast and our server was wonderful-a breath of fresh air!
