Prices were good and food quality was decent. Selection was limited. Way understaffed as only two employees were working lunch rush. As a result, wait time to pay was long and most of the tables were dirty and empty. Girlfriend's stomach was upset after eating here. Chicken noodle soup had no flavor. Soda selection was great. Pizza and salad bar was fair.
If you come here and the buffet is empty, leave. They don’t refill the buffet at a timely manner at all, and don’t keep table clear for people to eat. The place wasn’t even busy at 6:00 pm, and still couldn’t keep pace. Three days in a row, three different times, old pizza never being swapped out. I want to be irrationally violent after the effort I put in for a single piece of pizza that wasn’t cheeseburger toppings in this disgusting restaurant. It should be obvious that no one wants it, seeing as though the whole pizza sat for a full 2 hours untouched during my second endeavor.
The kids LOVE the arcade and the food is awesome for the price and what you get. It's also nice to be able to let the kids go off and play while you eat since there is a large tv monitor showing the entire arcade floor. Definitely going back!
Used to rate this place 5 stars, but Helena's Pizza Ranch, has become the dirtier of the 3 in MT that I have been to! They never, and I say this with passion, Never wash the kids High chairs. Billings MT, and Butte MT even. BOTH of they're Pizza ranches have clean boater chairs and high chairs. I love in Helena. So I would know, and I'm from Butte, and one of my best friends lives in Billings. I Go to Pizza Ranch often. Would love to see this improve!
It's good. Buffet style... fried chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy, vegetables biscuitsMany types of pizza. Great salad bar. Desert and ice cream machine delicious! And large game room, in separate room.
Wow, what happened to this place!!! Service was god awful!! I understand being short handed, but does it really take a full staff to remove dirty plates from your table. No one was bussing tables. The place was filthy. The salad bar was destroyed when I got there and looked the same when I left. I hope this was a just a bad night because I do like the franchise. Although, I do feel like they need to change the name to Chicken Ranch. I show up for the chicken not the pizza.
First time at the pizza ranch today. Absolutely disgusting floors. We sat at our tables and the floors were covered in old food everywhere. Pieces of old pizza, bread sticks and whatever else. Literally stepping on big chunks of food under our table. Will not go back!

We literally were stepping on food under our tables we sat at. I spent 90.00 for our family to eat dinner and spent more in the arcade to sit in filth. We were already here so figured just tough it out. Will definitely not return to this place. Health inspector should probably go take a look.
We Love that this place has an arcade with a camera so we can see the kids play! The food was yummy, their fried chicken is so crispy and good. Their blueberry cobbler pizza is so tasty! The Mac and cheese pizza was spicy, so kids beware, haha. The road to home had been closed down due to an accident while we were there and the sweet employees took extra time to close up so we could stay warm and they gave us directions for a back road! We thoroughly appreciated them!
We had a pretty big issue with a birthday party after I called and made the appointment when the day came they didn’t have our appointment made so Christine (I could be spelling her name wrong) who handles the parties went above and beyond to correct it. The kids had a blast and everyone was happy with the outcome. Just saying thank you for helping us!
