I placed an online order for pickup through their website for two build-your-own wraps. I customized my order, but based on what I got, I think the only thing they looked at from my order was the meat. Half the add-ons I picked were missing, and a few of them were replaced by completely random ingredients I didn't select.The tuna was also poorly prepared. The sauce was lumped on one side and the tuna had no sauce mixed in, so one bite would be only sauce, and every other bite would just taste like what I imagine would be unseasoned cat food.You might have a better experience if you go in-person and correct them as they're making your wrap, but I wouldn't recommend ordering online or for delivery, because they clearly didn't honor the order ticket.
I've never been disappointed in the food. The staff is capable and pleasant. Fast is a good thing.
The pita sticks to wrapper and rips in half every single time. No matter what, your getting a shredded pita.Next time I'll upload the pictures of this trash food.

Should be 10/5 stars!Seeing as Subway dared to get rid of BBQ sauce this has become my go-to and I'm ALL the more grateful for it. Every single other resturant has vegetarians as an afterthought. Just slap a grilled cheese on the menu and add the ""real"" food. NOT here though. This is one place where I can actually choose what I want and enjoy what I pick. That's quite unheard of so I pledge all my support to the only place willing to make it happen.IF there's any negative it's that the pita can be quite dry due to the layering process in making them. I've only asked them to mix things up once and I'm not entirely sure if that's ok for them to do. But it sure helped!
