Sitting here waiting right now. Took 10 minutes before anyone even addressed me. I did an online pickup for an hour away and am still waiting. Very poor customer service skills to the 2 young guys in the front.
I usually don't leave low reviews. This is my first time using this location. As a business owner, customer service is the number one priority for me. There was a gal running the register with red hair. She was rude to every customer. Multiple times she was vocal about her frustrations at work. She was very annoyed and short with everyone. As a customer this was concerning, but as an employee it would be concerning as well. Working in an environment with someone like that would make for a long day. The other two employees were amazing. Very polite with awesome customer service. I know businesses are short staffed and can be over worked and I keep that in mind when visiting an establishment. That being said, even with the circumstances, I was not impressed. I will try this again another time. I hope the customer service is better. If it is I will gladly change my review to 5 stars.
With 2 toddlers I've used this Papa Murphy's a fair amount in the last year and they are always on it! Zero complaints. Oftentimes they are not only on time but early getting my order done.
Both locations in Helena have great service and nice workers. The pizza is yum and tastes especially good since I cook it. ? But we all know who does all the work. Much appreciated!!

The waitress was great and had a wonderful personality. There are 6 of us in the family so it can't be easy dealing with us but she didn't show any frustration (5 stars for her alone). The food and the ambience was great, couldn't have asked for a better place to go for dinner. Thank you.
I ordered online, it was ready one hour after the scheduled time. The workers spent too much time talking. I don't care about your figurines and what Star Wars movie was best. Just work!
