Just ordered and picked up their special Pepperoni Pizza with Pizza in the crust. My first Papa John's experience. There was exactly 1 piece of pepperoni on the entire pie. The crust was good, but jeez......there were about 100 less pieces of pepperoni on the pepperoni pizza than the advertisements. So, this was my first - and now last - trip to Papa John's. I should have opened the box at the store....but I trusted them. Bizarre, false advertising, pathetic. Have to look close, but it's the top right of the screen.
The only pro I can think for this place is that their deals are more reasonable than other pizza chains.However, no matter the affordability, it isnt worth it when your local store always gives you either burnt pizza or diarrhea.Last night we got burnt pizza for the who-knows-how-many-nth time, and this morning I'm writing this review on the toilet as I sit here for the third time this morning...and I've only been awake for an hour.This store knows how to put the John in Papa John's. Definitely don't recommend.
I ordered contactless delivery last night…they pull up and knock on my door to Hand me my pizza! Open the box, the crust is thin as paper and the the pizza stays in the box and only the crust comes out when I take a piece out! It’s soggy AF! I call the store…I get put on hold…this morning too! Overpriced! And not good!!!! $47.47 was my total for pizza we didn’t eat! Never again Papa Johns u disappointed!
Both times we’ve ordered, the pizzas have been delivered quickly and were still piping hot. The delivery drivers were friendly. This is a great Papa Johns location!
Order was completely incorrect. Can’t get in touch with the restaurant to get a refund as no one will pick up the phone. We will not order from here again.
Had a very good experience with the Helena Papa John's. Great pizza with pepperoni, ham and bacon strips. Delivery person was very friendly and the food was hot. I'll order from them again!
At one time they were good. Just ordered a pizza ,and almost an hour later the tracker said it was delivered. When I called to ask about it, the manager was very rude. He started arguments and lied about contacting me. Needeless to say I insisted on a refund, and will not eat there again.
It is very very wonderful when you place an order you pay for it and then you get a call that they're canceling your order because they don't have time to do your order 30 minutes after I had already placed the order
We order the bacon pizza and cheese breadsticks over the phone. The person got to total order wrong. We got what we think is meat lovers pizza and regular breadsticks. We will not order over the phone anymore.
order a medium cheese pizza on 12/17/2021 and had requested it be delivered at 730pm, by 1230am on 12/18/2021 i still had not received my pizza, could not get ahold of anyone in the store, was not happy at all
