Wow, this location is perfect like we're used to from Portland. We stopped going to panda because the Great Falls location can't get right after months and months. We were pleasantly surprised with ample portions, positive customer service, good food, and a clean dining room.Will return when we visit Helena!
I do not understand why the lobby for inside seating is still closed when all the other restaurants in Helena are open and welcoming patrons to enter and sit down for a meal. It is not like Panda Express has wait staff. Not everyone likes to eat in their car and to take an order home results in lukewarm or cold food.
Very disappointed in the entire experience. This is the only local panda and so the only choice to go or deal without. I will actually choose a different restaurant entirely and do without moving forward.The line is so long for drive-thru that you might as well forget about it unless you don't care to wait an hour. This is 100% due to the lobby being closed, so no one can go inside to order. Enough with the covid bs!!I placed an order online and came maybe 5 mins early according to my "pick up time" to pick up our order. I still had to wait 25 mins over the "pick up time" for our food to be done...... that is definitely not acceptable, no matter what the case is.I was offered a drink while I waited the 25 minutes, like this would make me happy, I'm not sure.. but the gester was nice only considering the workers knew they didn't have my order! Management, better yet, the owner needs to find a better solution and fast! The other reviews look to have the same problem! Considering how much we paid, we will definitely not be back!
Today was the third, and last, time I will visit any Panda Express. Two of the three times they got the order wrong, and the food was horrible. The diet coke they served tasted like there was cleaning solution in it. That this place still has customers is a genuine mystery. Avoid this place unless you like to be frustrated, and enjoy indigestion.
It's quick, Americanized Chinese food... usually decent if you aren't expecting authenticity... usually. Lately the quality has been even worse than normal. Generally there are SUPER long, but that can be mitigated by ordering online and picking it up.Check your order!! Almost always there is something wrong or missing
Lobby? Closed. Online ordering? Unavailable. Phone? Not answering. Drive through? Line longer than Mississippi River. How exactly do I eat here?

Chow mein is like eating rubber. Chicken is mostly gristle. Fried rice would have been good if they would have put soy sauce in my bag like I asked
Their food is descent and from what I've heard they take very good care of their staff
Only got a piece of beef ( I ordered broccoli beef)Asked them if they could give me more on the side , the lady was going to get me some but then another lady told me that’s all it is broccoli and I’m like mmm what okay so I left, the nice lady came back with a small container. It was all I was asking for….
