Really friendly and hard-working employees! This location in Helena (corner of Custer & Montana) have smiles on their faces and offer great customer service every time I stop by. With the national shortages, it took a little extra wait time to get my fries in the drive thru last night - and this upbeat team went the extra mile and sent me along with coupons and a better attitude than when I came in. They really are the best crew! Thank you ?
The store was clean, attractive and the employees clean and professional.The food was fresh, the drinks were tasting good. The prices were shocking since I seldom eat fast food, and unfortunately McDonald's doesn't do a lettuce wrap. I will say I am never again paying almost 5.00 for a fish patty, half a slice of melted cheese and a dollop of tartar sauce LOL. THAT SAID, if you like McDonald's this store seems dang nice.
When I get fast food it's usually because I don't want much contact with others and I'm too lazy to make my own food. The 1st window here is my worst fear. There is a young boy who tells random jokes (he's very kind I mean this in a funny way) and there's no way out of them but, gotta have the chicken nuggets man. I will push through but damn is it cringey and hard to get out of ? also can we have the shamrock shake year round please
It’s changed so much, the prices have really gone up and the employees don’t care what they are doing, the food looks like they just threw it together, there chicken nuggets were old and hard. No sense complaining because nothing changes except for there high prices.
I enjoy going to this store because the employee are professional and friendly. When I am doordashing the order is usually ready and I don't have to wait! Personally when I order the food is always fresh.
Order was incorrect so had to sit in drive-thru line for a few extra minutes but the problem was quickly fixed. Food was nice and hot.
For some reason this McDonald's never has good crisp french fries, and the sandwiches never seem to be as good as the store across town. I only go to this store when I have no other good options.
Wasn't bad what I find funny is that when the order hit the $50 point management was needed to assist so the order could go past the $50 amount no sure if it always happens that way i just was happy to keep ordering almost hit $80 lets just say they had they hands full for a bit
Just for the record I work at a McDonald’s. And the service and accuracy of my order was beyond horrible. It started as a small thing that they forgot our sauce but then turned worse. We drank our soda and had a great flavor of chlorine in it. So after giving them a warning that their soda needs to be checked on. They gave us every sauce but the one we ordered. So after we spent at least 30 minutes in the drive through just for that. Yeah nah don’t bother with this location.
Andrea was at the 2nd window with my order and she's always super nice and sweet!! I don't know how she keeps such a positive attitude working fast food!!
