I am getting really tired of being told "go wait in stall # whatever" when as soon as I park they're handing it to me I don't give two f's about your wait times if it's gonna take two seconds HAND IT TO ME THROUGH THE WINDOW. If it's gonna take more than 5 minutes then I understand but it is every single time I go through the drive thru FIGURE IT OUT McDonald's. It's so annoying.
Very disappointed. My boyfriend and I live in Helena and we come here quite frequently. I just went through and ordered a spicy McChicken with a few special requests and when I went to go eat it it was just thrown together, spread open. And when we called the store to complain we were told "Prank calls are illegal in Montana have a nice day"....let's just say they'll remember us.
Eh, it's a McDonald's. They don't often get my order wrong.
When I get fast food it's usually because I don't want much contact with others and I'm too lazy to make my own food. The 1st window here is my worst fear, there is a boy who tells stupid jokes and there's no way out of them but, gotta have the chicken nuggets man.
The crispy chicken sandwich came with 2 pickles on it and the bun was overcooked. I had to ask for mayonnaise because it was so dry. The chicken was actually not bad but it seems like it should have some kind of condiments on it. I won't get it again.
The food was good and the manager was very nice when he asked us to leave because the lobby was closed.
Isaiah is the best employee in a fast food position I've met always happy bright and positive great person to see first thing in the morning before your day begins!
I listened to the little short red head manager, I think someone said her name was Liz, yell and disrespect the kids working behind the counter for the entire hour that I was there. I was so embarrassed those kids. Maybe talk to her? Have her take it down a notch?
You know, this was about the friendliest McDonald's we've been too. Fast service with a smile and wishing a good day. The lobby person who was sweeping up was extremely nice. Asking how things were And hope we have a great day and weekend.
