I really liked all the classic rock and Beatles memorabilia, and the service was good and friendly. I had a huckleberry mocha frappe, it was just o.k., sort of bland, and the ice wasn't blended very well (had a few big chunks, as did my wife's frappe). My wife had the peanut butter cup frappe, also on the bland side. My daughter had the iced cappuccino... same thing, pretty bland. I personally have had worse coffee in my lifetime, but I also have had much better.
Great food and friendly service! They even let us bring our two dogs in and sit by the front door! Wonderful atmosphere and coffee! We will be back next time we're in the area. :)
Environment is good decorations are unique music is fitting pastries are good food is good clam chowder could have more claims in it. Definitely did not see this place having so much to offer not your average coffee shop. My favorite in this category in Helena
Ok, we've been back to Firetower Coffee quite a few times since our original visit. We usually just get drinks or a cookie, no more sandwiches. We have yet to be disappointed! Service is always spot on! Price is always good! Atmosphere is top notch! Quickly has become my favorite place to visit....and I don't even like coffee! I did notice that one worker made better "steamers" than the other worker. No big deal. Seriously, this place is amazing! Very cool decor and atmosphere. Great service. Great drinks. My only complaint (thus 4 stars) is that the sandwiches are kind of small for the price you pay for them. When a BLT is advertised with lots of bacon, two strips is not what I would consider a lot. The tomatoes were sliced so thin they were almost invisible on the sandwich. Very little lettuce too. And was that ranch dressing instead of mayo on there??? The pickles you serve with the sandwiches are amazing! Love the variety of seating options, the wi-fi and the college students studying....makes for a warm and inviting place. Overall, I love your shop and will definitely return again!
that was a great cup of coffee. the service is spot on. nice comfortable place to relax . i would recommend have a cup of coffee there

Good area for the morning time to have the drink with a small food item. Taste well it does. I specifically like the chai latte. It taste well.
