Ordered a pizza, sauce was so spicy hot burn my mouth and I could hardly swallow. I called the restaurant and all they could say was sorry but our sauce isn't hot. Well that the last pizza I order there from now on it is Papa John's all the way.
I made it clear when ordering I didn't want my oven-baked sandwich put on a plastic liner because it made the bottom of it soggy. And management huffed and buffed and said it wasn't doable. Stay clear of these clowns

Domino’s corporate should fire the management and employees at the Helena Montana location. I tried to order pizza and pay money, only to be given the run around . Corporate needs to take a look at how these knuckleheads are running your business.
I'd say 9/10 orders were really good. Decent price $ Can't wait to see a drone delivering?

We like Domino's & the young man delivering car side was really friendly.
Ordered a couple pizzas and a salad, got home 20 miles away and lettuce in salad is completely brown. Called in so others wouldn't be served the same prepackaged "sealed" salad. They said they would credit me for the salad, I'd have to call order in rather than do online next time. I called, no credit for salad with my phone number, explained to manager, he said nope not here, no salad. So I guess I'm lying about a bad salad after all the orders I've gotten (about once a week). Save yourself - go somewhere else. They have NO customer service!
Papa john's is astronomically better but if its this or pizza hut, you know what to do.
