I've always liked a good ice-cream treat on the go...(Brings me back to earlier years in life)I was out doing odd jobs on Saturday June 25th,.2022. me and my copilot decided to hit the drive thru DQ. Helena,mt....timing was great we were the 2nd car in a line of two..Anyway I shared a smile w female driver in her rear view as she drove out into traffic.I pull up to window try handing cash through the widow, young female DQ worker informs me that the vehicle before me paid my bill....I felt like I was being pulled backwards into a tunnel, I think I made her and her coworkers repeat it 3 times ,as I am trying not to show them that I was crying.....Anyway thank you again...the feeling was something of the perfect mixture of love,peace,warmth,understanding joy,gratitud acceptance....I have done 2 random acts of kindness since then 5 days ago...as simple as walking by a parked car under an expired Metter, just putting a coin into the Metter....thanks again making the world a lil bit more comfortable for us alll.....make a person truly smile today it is contagious......
Do not go to this dairy queen if you want fast food. We ordered our food. They told us to pull over to one of the bays to wait. Waited for 15 minutes, watched 4 other vehicles get food and we were still waiting. We went back through rhe drive thru and they forgot our order and told us again that we needed to wait to give the people behind us there order..... we told them we were done waiting and that we would like our money back. They told us they couldn't because there wasn't a manager..... I wouldn't even give this place a one star rating.
Horrible service ... threw my change at me ...didn't know the managers name then pretend to be the manager ...gave me a wrong number for the manager .....kept saying we are training right now while the guy who also basically chucked my food at me(why I finally asked for a manager) ....spilled my icream all over me ....and slammed the window saying have a good day and just stood there ..when I got upset about his treatmentof me ... I still needed half my order...he continued to stand and stared at me doing nothing ....just being creepy.... .... food was under cooked and my ice cream had hairs in it .... so ummm if I could give zero stars and still warn people I would ...but here we are. I am not much of a complainer but oh my gosh this was horrible all the way around !!!! Oh and they didn't give me the correct order.

I door dash from here, they usually have the orders ready. I personally love their cheese curds! They also have a new Berry slushy that's outstanding!
This is a great dairy queen. They go above and beyond. I have a service dog and every time I walk by they make sure she gets a pup cup and they won't let me pay for them. Definitely stop by.
Good food, just remember to check your food before you leave. The staff was confused and not paying attention to orders.
I got the flamethrower burger. The patties were dehydrated like they’d been sitting for hours. The burger was cold and they made me park and wait for it!!!Thanks for the insincere, generic, robotic response apology that’s word for word the same thing you say to every person that wrote you a bad review…
Good food and quick, friendly service.UPDATE: Feb. 26, 2022. Visited Dairy Queen for a Fish Sandwich. Made my order at the drive thru. The order taker was polite and helpful. Food was prepared quickly, and as usual, the sandwich and fries were just perfect. The meal was better than ever because the gentleman in the truck in front of me kindly paid my bill for me. I was surprised and so happy I passed on the joy and kindness and to the lady in the vehicle behind me. Makes my heart happy to do that. ?❤️
