Whomever manages and owns this site should be absolutely ashamed! There were only 2 guys working this site tonight. They were overwhelmed and were doing the best they could, but it was absolutely unrealistic of an expectation! We waited in line for 45 minutes with a line of vehicles in front and behind us! Shame on you for not closing and redirecting them to another site to work at, because I am sure all sites are shorthanded. Both of these gentlemen deserve raises, and your management should be replaced! Shame, shame, shame!!!
Being a previous manager of our local BK I know how the food is suppose to be…My chicken fries were so OLD they literally broke like a pretzel. My sauce wasn’t given to me and our fries were soggy..We didn’t get our receipt so I’m assuming you knew how terrible the quality was and didn’t want us to complete a survey.I rarely eat BK.It drives me ABSOLUTELY crazy that the rare time I do have it the food hasn’t been quality checked by a manager and it goes out the window to a customer.Pride in your job?You may work at a fast food joint but you get paid to do your job correctly and to your best ability. Working the back board you should be checking your times and food quality!PARK THE CAR IF YOUR CHICKEN IS OLD!!It’s not all about drive time, it’s about quality too.
They always forget something (and not little things like straw or napkins). This time they forgot my burger but did throw in some cheese sticks that were so overcooked there was no cheese left inside
You know, the hamburgers seem to have gotten smaller. But, they were cooked through and warm. Been a couple years since I've been to a burger king.
Over the last 4 years this location has had it's ups and downs. Currently I haft to say this location is at it's all time high. Burgers look great, fries are that almost to hot to eat right away crispy, most important the service is amazing.
I was staying at Holiday Inn Express, getting in late, so Burger King is right next to there, food was cold, wrong order, went back doors were locked so went through drive through, but walked. I had to repay for order yet she knew as soon as I got there, a chicken sandwich not a cheeseburger, then yelled at me for walking through the drive in, I asked what else was I supposed to do, doors were LOCKED!!!! Don’t go there!!!!! Rude and they didn’t give receipt, that’s where they get you?

Cold food and slow service. The positive thing is that they did get our order right.
