Lobby closed on a Saturday... One drive thru lane closed with an employees car being used to block it, due to staffing. We went to Wendy's nearby, they have tons of employees in there.... Maybe bk should either pay better or treat their employees better.
Can't count change or get orders right even when it's slow but hey at least I got a napkin with my meal.
Nice and clean. However, there were no other customers and they couldn’t get it right. Only two of us. Drink orders were wrong. My fish sandwich was very dry. I went in for Tartar Sauce and they didn’t have it in packets so gave me some In a cup but with no way to spread it. Sigh.
They only had a couple employees working during lunch rush, but they were working hard. The chicken sandwich was tasty, and didn't cause a nuclear explosion in my guts. ☢️?? I was satisfied ??
Saw a kid smoke a juul and some one gave me their youtube channel, but hey the food is good and the people who go there make it better.Customer or not
Good food almost as fresh as the staff.
I would write a review about the food but I cant even turn into the parking lot without having to back up into traffic to get to the drive through. I wonder if maybe the person that designed their parking lot was perhaps blind?? I am kind of surprised this MAJOR flaw wasn't found and immediately corrected..
Very friendly staff who are always willing to work with the customer when the order is wrong, or if they are out of supplies and can't make what was requested. This should've been a 5 star review. This snazzy place deserves a 5 star review. Unfortunately, this particular Burger King is nearly always out of a lot of something and can't make 25% what is listed on the menu. Once or twice is understandable, but this location is always out of ingredients. Usually, there is one or two overworked workers working the whole restaurant. It's getting so I don't want to order delivery because I'm going to end up overpaying and end up with a cheaper substitution that wasn't what I really wanted or paid for. It's sad, because this is the biggest, most modern built, most upscale, Burger King in town. But, it's a really nice place, really nice folks — order something simple and common — nothing new you heard advertised on TV.
Why is an obvious crack head with violent shakes, the person I'm handing my card to?Pals, I'm not going to pull around to help your "window time". I assume that window time is expected to be the service time. If it takes 5 minutes, let the record reflect such.
Made the mistake of not looking at our order in the drive thru, missing toys in kid's meal and everything was overcooked. Ended up having $13 fries and sprites.
