I was honestly pretty disappointed. The chips and salsa looked great but really just weren't good at all. The French onion soup was an eh. It was not hot, the bread had soaked up the majority of the liquid which kinda ruins the whole soup aspect, the cheese was too thick, but it had a good flavor. I got riblets, but I can't judge to harshly on those I guess... I didn't eat very much of it... However, I did LOVE the broccoli, but I'm biased on that account. The Mac and cheese was fine. As for the service, well it wasn't the best. Our waitress was polite and all, but she wasn't very attentive. There were only six customers in the whole restaurant, including the two of us, but she still spent almost the whole time in the back and rarely came to check on us, even though she had said that she would be right back to check if we needed anything. All in all, not a great experience.
Ate here on my birthday. Had the Whiskey Bacon Burger and the new Impossible Quesadilla Burger (plant based burger). Both were excellent! You can get any of their burgers as an Impossible burger. Got a free desert for my birthday. Had the Sizzlin' Butter Pecan Blondie - WOW!
My granddaughter,significant other enjoyed their meals. I had the fall off the bone baby back ribs. The bones were so small and the meat on them was so little. The meat didn't fall off. Had to use a knife. Meat and sauce were dried out. Not impressed, sorely disappointed. Waiter seemed to be full of himself. My first time at an Applebee's. If I go again, I'll order the prime rib sandwich
Went with my kids for dinner and figured since it wasn’t busy we would be in and out pretty quickly. We were in and out but it’s because we waited 11 minutes and nobody even asked us what we wanted to drink! I am shocked at the terrible service we received tonight especially since 4 different servers walked by helping tables right behind and in front of us and not a single one greeted us!! WACK!
The staff is friendly && the food is delicious.Always incredible service even when they're busy.
Waited 40 minutes and no food. We observed others who arrived after us that was served and left before we were even heard anything from someone who appeared to be a manager. Another individual told us that the grill was cooking burgers and they had no room for the steak and ribs we ordered. This isn't the first time we sat there for better than 30 minutes for our order. Guess burger orders take precedence over any thing else.
Stopped here for lunch. They were busy, but still very efficient getting people seated and getting their orders. We had a wonderful waiter. He was friendly, enthusiastic and took good care of us. He kept our tea glasses full and checked to make sure our meal was great. I ordered the French Onion soup and raspberry tea. The soup was hot, gooey with cheese with a thick slice of French bread in the middle, luscious!! My husband ordered the Prime Rib dip sandwich and tea. The sandwich was thick with thin sliced prime rib, fried onions and melted cheese, Excellent!! And I swear the Au Jus for the sandwich was French onion soup! It was thick and full of chopped onions. So Good! You really need to try these items at your next meal. Too good for words!
Food was 25 minutes beyond the given pick up window time slot, appetizers were left off the order ( realized upon return to motel room ) , and the crowning failure was no utensils to eat the food with ! Although the staff working the floor is not the responsible party to order supplies I would have thought a back up plan would have been put together by one of the managers prior to the meltdown using some alternate supply chain means ( like Costco 1 mile away ) so as to not leave the customer in a motel room with 3 other people having spent $53.00 on what should have been a great meal eating steak with their hands.
The food was great, but I had a pick up order they were supposed to bring to my car they were 10 minutes late. I had to go in and get my order. They were not apologetic at all, I figured they were really busy but they weren't. And they messed up part of my order. So in summation Great food!! The workers are very nice.But the service is questionable
We started our night off with Steven and it was honestly terrible. My party was passed and ignored 3 times before he finally asked for drink orders and was very rude. After that we asked to move to a different section and Jay became our new server and it is honestly the best experience I have ever had at any restaurant. He was super helpful and accommodating for what we wanted to do for dinner and came in and checked on us regularly. Give that man a raise! He turned pure whole experience around from start to finish!
