They always seem to be busy but manage it very well. The wait isn't very long and besides a couple of times( over many years) the order is accurate.Their staff is friendly and the food tastes way better than their competition.
This place is dirty and disgusting. There is a woman's rest room and a Family rest room, no men's room so I went into the family rest room and was appalled at how filthy it was. Used toilet paper and paper towels on the floor along with filth and grime all over the place. Just nasty ?
It was okay, the drive through had issues, so we had to go inside to order. There was a long line, and the food too a while to get. I know they were busy. Also it's a little spendy, I think next time we'll go to a sit down restaurant. Though I do LOVE their chili, and frosties.
We went into the restaurant because cars were all the way to the street entrance. We waited in line for 15 minutes, which was no big deal. I have no problem waiting my turn. However sitting in the restaurant for 45 minutes waiting for name to be called for my order is really upsetting. I will not be returning.
I go to this Wendy's quite often and the food is always fresh and great quality! They get our orders right literally every time and the service is always so exceptional.
It was a good place to get a hamburger the food was good and I would eat there again sometime when I'm traveling through they have reasonable prices
Terrible costumer service, workers standing around not helping the ones struggling to do everything. Took well over 10 minutes to get two things. Food was soggy. Do not recommend.
While I was waiting in the drive thru a boy was taking out the trash. The bag opened and trash flew everywhere, instead of picking up the lids and straws he just walked away from it. Absolutely disgusting
Love the customer service here I couldn't find my card then came in and found my card to pay they told me not to worry about it was super nice of them. Always good food
I just want to say, we know our order is a complex order. Only cheese, only ketchup, no bun no onions no tomatoes and so on. Out of every place in great falls we’ve ate at there staff just gets it right every time. There professional on the speaker taking the order is all ways so pleasant. When we pay they are always on point and my receipt is always correct. When we get are food it’s always started with a smile (this alone means a ton). Just a A+ group always. And like no other Wendy’s I’ve ate at.
