We drove from Holter Lake to Great Falls for late lunch. We were a party of 10. Upon arriving they said wait would be 30 minutes, which after 30 minutes became an hour. Then they proceeded to tell us that the computers went down and it would be at least another hour. We finally gave up after waiting an hour and a half. If computers go down you can still write hand tickets and take them to the cooks. Poor system!
I understand that everyone is short staffed, but I was extremely disappointed with our service today. We went earlier today to celebrate my daughter's 20th birthday ( small party of 5). Showed up and handed the hostess my daughters birthday cake along with candles. Once seated we explained to waitress that cake was up with hostess. Food took longer than usual to get served , drinks were never refilled, my daughter's ( birthday girl) steak was undercooked, and to top it off they brought the cake out like it was given.... in a box with candles still in their box as well.. Im both sad and disappointed. This wasn't the birthday dinner I wanted for my daughter. This used to be our favorite place to eat... but I don't know if we'll be back

Great waiter in Tyler!! I had the king crab for mother's day and it was absolutely amazing! So delicious, not at all fishy and definitely hit the spot. The huckleberry creme Brulee may be one of the best I've ever had! It was so cool that they were also handing out flowers to the women as they left. We will be back for sure next time I'm in Great Falls or will give the one in Billings a shot!
Our waitress was not very attentive. I ordered a Grizarita and my husband a pint. My glass had a large chip that I almost cut my finger on, along with small chips around the lip. The glass was super sticky and when I voiced my concern, she asked what I wanted. No apology. No effort to correct it immediately. My second drink had almost no alcohol in it. My husband got a 16oz instead of the pint (23oz) and when I asked for the pint to be brought shortly, she never brought it over until we were almost ready to leave. The food was good, but the steaks were to be medium rare. Mine was medium. His rare.. Probably won't be coming back.
loved it. I have been In great falls for three years and this is by far the best restaurant I have eaten in here. I ordered the cowboy and it was amazing and so was my boyfriends shrimp lol
Been here twice so far. Food is amazing. Love the look of the restaurant as well. Happy hour deals are good, which is hard to find anymore. Will definitely be back!
Great service. Great food and drinks. Had the bison ribeye with baked potato. Cooked perfect med rare and finished with a huckleberry mule. Good times!
Disappointed!! My first burger was extra salty and over cooked. My second burger was just disgusting and still overcooked. Feel the burgers were freshly purchased from family Dollar.Who adds salt to fries that are already preseasoned, they do.My tenders tasted like shake and bake with extra Italian bread crumbs. Should be embarrassed to sell these 3 breasts at @$20 and still not have any taste to them.Overall very expensive for the quality of the food. Go somewhere else.
We ordered the steak and halibut. I’m not usually picky but it was probably the worst the steak I’ve seen at a restaurant. It was so over cooked I couldn’t help but just stare and laugh. I don’t know what part of the animal they were serving but it was not a sirloin. The halibut was so over cooked it tasted almost sandy. If the fish normally would take 6 minutes, my guess is it was cooked for 20-30. We politely ate what we could, left a great tip because the waitresses are wonderful, and left. Unfortunately that was one of my top 3 worst meals at any restaurant. We highly recommend you avoid at all costs and do not order food!We wonder what the owners and managers say about the food, but we agreed there is no way they eat there.
