The Workers are Good and Actually Try.
First time here and I liked it. Should have gotten 10 tacos instead of 3 though
The drive threw guy was great and very polite and made sure everything was right

So went here to get some food (yum we was hungry) but then got their and the employees there was so freaking rude and Freaking racist to us. So I told my babies to walk outside to wait for me cause I didn’t want them to be treated like this they to young to see this; we’ll they was walking out lady is give me what you are walking out with? Umm they walked in with that and she told me to show receipt I showed her and after that I told her if I can talk to her manager and she said she is not here you can deal with me! WOW yes I am Native American why I am saying she was RACSIT this made me so upset so since this happened NEVER EVER AGAIN TO THIS RACIST PLACE!!!!
The nastiest tacos and quesadilla ive ever tried!!! Almost broke my teeth biting into it.
The food at any of the Taco Treats (3) in town does not taste as good since the new owners (Emerald City Casino group) bought them out. Taco shells and cheese crisps are chewy, not crunchy like I remember them. And the beef enchiladas are made without the beef inside with the cheese, the beef was placed on top with the sauce. Maybe the original owners did not sell the recipes with the restaurants? It is just not the same unfortunately and I was very disappointed.
The laziness and poor attitude of 80% of the employees are the issues with this place. I have never once been treated with any sort of respect at these establishments. Then I had some food door dashed to my work last night because I had a craving for some cheese crisps and ordered some fried flour super tacos. Apparently making my food the way I ordered it was too much work because they made one cheese crisp, then threw some old fries in a container with some cheese on it because that's comparable enough right? Then instead of making the fried flour tacos they took a flour tortilla threw cheese and meat in it and just microwaved it. Seriously you should do a full cleanse of your staff and start fresh.
I don’t know why I keep giving this place chances. The Amigo is usually ok, but this location and the NW location are terrible. Was given a flour tortilla instead of corn, the beef looked and tasted like it had zero seasoning, and the cheese fries (I ordered tots) were gross and soggy. The people that work there are nice, that’s the only good thing I can say.
