Taco John's used to be amazing. But we will no longer be using this location. It's easy to go here since it's only 2 blocks away so we've given them alot of chances. But everytime we go there now we are severely disappointed. We never receive our full order (usually missing a taco, large Ole or nacho cheese). On todays order the ole's we got were all crumbled apart, nacho cheese was cold, missing a large Ole, the tacos were so skimpy you could roll them up to the size of a toquito and received a coke instead of the unsweetened tea we ordered. It's this was everytime now. The staff clearly doesn't care.
This Taco John's used to be really good. For at least a year now, the employees seem to be less able or willing to do the job. It's been closed when it should have been open. You used to be able to order something with hot sauce ON it. Now, they just tell you they have packets. The quality of service is just not what it used to be. I still go to other Taco John's locations and don't have these problems but the NW side store has gone quite downhill.
Employees always swearing during the day and smell drunk at night. Crazy expensive compared to other taco places. This place went even further down hill! Absolutely disgusting place with the worst hours ever. Do yourself a favor and just drive by it there's 2 much better taco places .5 miles away.
I really like TJs, but this is a poor example of one. Quality has declined over the years. A taco salad that used to be full and fresh is now dismal. Missed several parts of the order, etc. Don't shy away, just make sure to manage your expectations.
Taco John's what can I say about taco John's other than the fact that they are the best taco place I mean I don't even want to put them in the same ballpark is Taco Bell have you had those tater tois those tater tots at taco John's I mean they are amazing they are amazing I get them every time I go there they're salsa is perfect it's perfect don't change the thing I love it you guys need to and and I think they also have AA taco Tuesday where Tacos on Tuesday are cheaper so you can get more it more I mean Taco Bell doesn't have anything like that this place is amazing everyone should go to taco Johns
