I'm thrilled to have a fast option that is HEALTHIER!! Their bowl option was light, fairly balanced, satisfying, and really tasty. It was also within my caloric limits for a single meal instead of a whole day's allowance. I'd consigned myself to just eating at home even when my husband was craving fast food. I'm really excited to have an option.
They actually got my order wrong as I ordered a grilled stuffed burrito and got something totally not grilled. Although it was still really good whatever it was. Super cool employees. I just ate whatever it was and it didn’t affect my overall happiness in my visit.

Always horrible customer service. The manager has no customer service skills and is very rude and mean. We sat at the window for a good 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. Our order was never repeated back to us. They very rudely snatched the card from our hand. Just horrible service.
Foods okay bit sometimes the wait can be long. Workers are usually friendly.
My kids love Taco Johns! Customer service is a 10!
If you're looking to be disappointed by tacos, John's your boy. Mediocre food at the best of times, it only gets worse when they don't give you everything you order.
