I absolutely love Taco Bell. We went through the drive thru and the staff was patient and friendly as we haven't had Taco Bell in awhile now. They gave us lots of hot sauce as we requested. We greatly appreciate cashiers who are calm and patient especially if the customer is taking a little longer to order.
The workers often get orders wrong and forget to put sauces and napkins in the bags even when you ask for them
Just got stale crunchy chalupas. And rude service..
If u like shells with lettuce like a rabbit its a great place to go otherwise dont waste ur time I get that its fast food but u can atleast try to make customers happy 1% meat on everything I ordered
Olimpia has the best customer service. We don't get to come out too much and she made the experience 100 times better just because she knows how to provide Excellent customer service. Kudos to the whole team, shout out to Olimpia your amazing Thank you.
I hate ordering 8 supreme tacos and paying for them. And getting home and find I only got 7. This happens too often.

I honestly would put no stars if I could. The customer service we received from there tonight was absolutely awful. I went back after realizing they had forgotten several items and I called and waited at the door but instead of just calmly saying that I need to go back through the drive thru several of the employees went to the front doors and making it seem like they were going to open up the doors but instead they kept pointing towards the drive thru and even on the phone they were extremely rude.
