The people working are always busy doing something when we go in there. They are pretty fast, and the food is good! I Love their coupons too!! ?
Excellent. And the young gentleman who prepared our food was very gracious. He was called in on his day off and was a total sweetheart even though he was clearly pooped!! Thanks for dinner subway.
First time to order through the app. It was a little confusing. However I went inside right before they started making and I was able to give them a better description of what I wanted on my sandwich. It was done just right! The employees were very friendly and helpful. Even showing me how to make ordering next time easier.
Short staffed. So long line. Pleasant workers despite the shortage. Food was good ...bread a tad hard after toasting on 2 end.Food tasted good thoA
Hours posted say 9pm. Was turned away at 8:35. Said they weren't taking any more orders (even to go). So we went elsewhere. Bummer....
The employee at west side Walmart subway was rude or disrespectful or having a bad day or something doesn’t mean that they are allowed to be rude to their costumers or anything like this be nice to your costumers I’m not going back
Had quite a few bad experiences with this location, but the one I had tonight was the worst. Ordered three sandwiches to be picked up curbside, and sent my sister to get them. She got there a couple minutes early, parked in a curbside delivery spot, and texted me. I pushed the button to let the staff know that she was there. About twenty minutes later, my sister texts asking if I was sure I had the right location selected, which I did. I gave them a call asking why she hadn't received our food yet, and they claimed to be busy, but were working on our order. They weren't busy at all, and when my sister finally went in to ask where our order was, it turned out that it had been ready that entire time, but they "didn't realize it was a curbside pickup order." Took over an hour in total to get our food because the staff couldn't read the word "curbside" on the receipt stapled to the bag.
Ordered online what we wanted and with specific instructions and everybody’s meal was completely wrong. I’m not convinced at all that they even read the order. Convenient online ordering is ONLY effective if the order received is correct. We will be in for a complete refund.

Finally wanted Subway after not having for at least 6 months,wow what a epic fail.bread was so old,even the microwave didn't help,was supposed to be hot meat subs,meat was cold as being in a freezer, that is the last time,and the workers did not want to be there.bye Subway
