Drive through is the best way to go and most the time they are busy. Inside is clean but takes a backseat to the drive through.
Incredibly inconsistent store for specialty drinks. Cold foam drinks will be half full of foam one day then have next to none another day. Whether or not you get a decent drink is like playing the lottery.
I have ordered coffee then been forgotten about both times I've been here. They're definitely more focused on the drive-thru than the lobby.
I was refused service this morning because I attempted to pay with a $50 but they were not prepared to give me $20 in change so Joel the manager told me the transaction was over. When I suggested they keep proper change on hand he told me to kick rocks. It was my fault for thinking a corporation would be prepared and willing to take care of its patrons. So I went to Schultes and paid with the same $50 and gave all the change as a tip to the nice lady who had no problem accepting my form of payment. I guess what I'm saying is support local because Starbucks and Joel don't support local.
Currently this location, 10th and 32nd, has not updated their store settings to reflect correctly on the mobile app. Through the app, they have been sold out of caramel flavoring for two months, but I still get drinks here weekly.
Had a car load with multiple ordes...these guys were very patient, and handled the order with Awesomeness... ???
Don’t bother going to this Starbucks, they are never open, and the hours online/the app don’t actually match when they are open. Most times the doors are locked and the drive thru is blocked but there are 4-5 employees inside standing around.
Lobby was closed due to staffing issues or covid related I'm not sure which in this day. Either way, my vehicle didn't fit in the drive thru, and the girls inside let me come in and took care of me anyways. And my drink was super fast, even if an easy make. Couldn't be happier this morning and they made it that much better.
I’ve never been to a Starbucks that didn’t understand that a “children’s” drink is not as hot as a normal drink. My 3 year olds hot chocolate was hot enough to burn him. Will not use this location anymore.
Longest drive thru line ever. Got to the window and there are two workers in the back standing around visiting with each other. Should not have to wait 10 minutes at the window for two very simple drinks.
