If I could do zero I would Susie is the worst. I will never ever go here. I would suggest noone ever work here they are not good their employees. Food wasn't hot or fresh. My blast was practically all the way melted. If u want help don't ask they give attitude so bad ? I love sonic but I'm never going here again if rather drive to Helena
Sonic has the rudest employees I've ever met I called asking to speak with a friend of mine regarding what could be an emergency but I was told and I quote, " We don't give out employee info" but my question is how does letting me speak with an employee that I clearly know by name giving out his personal info? Is it that hard to let me speak with him. What if a relative was dying what if someone he knew was in the hospital?
We wanted to eat here because it had been a while since we have eaten there. We waited in the car, with the red button pushed to get service. We waited for five minutes, and nobody responded. We left without getting anything.
My daughter and I were Traveling cross country . After 9 hours of straight driving we finally decided to stop and eat. We made it about half hour before closing. The staff was rude as hell, and I was already free exhausted from driving. When my food was ready they felt that instead of hand me the bag that to throw my food at me in the car. Either before or as they were throwing the bag had ripped open and spilled the contents. everywhere. I will never again be a customer to this ready establishment.
Wanted a milkshake...guess what? No ice cream. Never have I ever heard of no ice cream. Not the first time, but the last time for us.
Absolutely ridiculous. Sat at the speaker for about a half an hour after being told they'd be with us in 5-10 minutes just to leave and see that they didn't even have anybody at the window and not doing anything. Definitely can do better and most certainly not impressed at all.
Corn dogs weren't great, but they have the best diet Dr Pepper with added cherry. I love happy hour.
20 years ago when I was a teen working at a fast food place I always made Lime Ricky's. Sonic is the only place I have found that sells them still. Sonic calls it a grape limeade and its so good especially with their ice.
Quite possibly the rudest person I have ever encountered at any kind of customer service job. My sister and I were laughing at something between the two of us in the drive through, when this gentleman was walking back from giving out an order. He walked in front of my car (where the car hoppers go back into the building) and proceeded to mock us laughing and then said “fuck you” out loud to us. Now, I would never take offense to us laughing because, in fact I think I am quite funny. The other hand though, is yelling a profanity at us while your wearing a headset, in ‘uniform’, and around other customers? Outrageous. You don’t want to work a customer service job, there is plenty of others that would gladly hire you on where you don’t need to speak or even see another human.Do Better Sonic.
Rude customer service. We are from Canada and don’t know the ins and outs of ordering at Sonic. We waited for over 45mins in the order stall, before receiving our food (2 Hot Dog combos…nothing crazy). Disappointing when we just had the day to shop and wasted an hour at a fast food place.
