Have had order not get put in within a reasonable time frame, made late and delivered late only to have the order be wrong.
The only reason I am not giving it one star is because our delivery driver we've had a few times, an older gentleman (cannot recall his name), is extremely kind and quick. He deserves a freaking bonus for working with those who work in that store because Lord knows he needs all the patience to deal with them. Now for the bad news...Atrocious customer service - some of the worst I've ever experienced, and the bar is low for a fast food pizza place like this already. When ordering through the app, it is easy and no issues. If you try to call and place an order its like talking to a brick wall with an attitude. I have been hung up on TWICE because I was inquiring about a special they have displayed on their sign outside, but then am told that special is not current and the price for that same item would be the normal menu price (nearly double the special price). The workers there have terrible attitudes and are very rude over the phone. Forget trying to pick it up in the store - waiting 10+ minutes for someone to help me out at the desk, even though I'm the only one in there.Food quality has been really hit or miss. Wings are usually sauced great, hot, and taste fresh. Pizzas are either woefully under-topped, or way over-topped. Ordered The Edge pizza recently and goodness, it would have been nice to have some pizza with that flat piece of bread which was way over-seasoned with pepper/seasoning (as in salt and pepper) I had. Stick to the wings from this store and get pizzas from some other pizza place.
Very dissatisfied. Food arrived cold, late delivery, not made as ordered and slide all on one side of the box.
Food came late and cold. Bowls with wings were crushed and barely any sauce in them. It will be a while before a next time.
Pizza was fine, cheesy bread sticks were over cooked and too hard to eat, and not even cut into sticks looked like a square cheese pizza...ordered a side salad...no dressing with salad
Our pizza last night was cold and soggy and burnt on the bottom and the bread sticks were hard and also on burnt side .
I own my own catering business, but sometimes not cooking is much needed. I kinda understand prices due to whatever is going on with the economy, but it has gotten way too expensive to afford any more. A family of 3 should be able to eat for less than $65. I will make my own pizza and wings for more than half the cost and a lot healthier. AND...Got the wrong order to boot. Will not order from Pizza Hut any longer. You are too expensive, there is lack of customer service at the time of delivery and at the local level when trying to call and make a complaint.
I ordered a large pizza with breadsticks and cheesesticks. The pizza was ok, but the breadsticks and cheesesticks appeared to be cooked at a high temp and fast, the outside was burnt and the overall thickness was half the norm. While waiting at the pickup window and looking inside, it was very chaotic. Everyone needed something. It will be awhile before i return.
Take more pride in how food is presented. I ordered lunch for my staff, the breadsticks were overcooked and had barely any seasoning. The pizza was poorly cut. Just not what I expect or usually recieve from Pizza Hut
This place delivered to the wrong address and there was cinnamon roll missing out of the cinnamon rolls plus the pizza was dry as hell never coming back
