Overall a really solid Papa John's. We usually order take-out through the app, and it is always seamless and easy. Order has always been correct and fresh. Have not had any experience with delivery yet, so I cannot speak to that side of the experience.Staff is always friendly in the store and helpful. Always ask if I need extra plates, napkins, red pepper flakes, etc. Can't complain at all with my experience so far having order at least 10 times since moving here about 10 months ago.
Best by Papa Johns I ever had!! Quick fast service excellent quality. We ordered an hour before closing on a Friday night. Pizza was to our door in about 20 mins piping HOT!!

Neil has astoundingly bad behavior and service. He needs to not work in service. A simple mixup which could be been easily fixed (i.e. mistaken delivery address/driver at wrong house??), became absurd. I wanted the $50 pizza order for my three hungry kiddos who’d waited over an hour, and called because the app showed “driver in route” for 40 mins, then showed “order canceled”. Neil insists his driver knocked at my house, no one answered and he didn’t leave the order at door (even though I selected “leave at door” option) - the driver returned it to the store and threw it out. Neil wanted to fight with me about fault, while I just wanted the pizza order remedied. I told him I don’t care about fault, I just want dinner and I offered to drive to store to pick it up. He says it was tossed. I ask them to just remake the order. He told me “CALM DOWN”and then HUNG UP ON ME. Totally absurd behavior!
The Papa Johns on 10th Ave in Great Falls Montana is fantastic! The manager made things right from a previous order from the other store in Great Falls. The manager at the store that made the mistake was rude! Both delivery drivers from the 2 orders were very professional and thanked me for my orders!!!
I loved Papa John's 20 years ago. My two experiences here have been less than stellar. The first time tried to order I was on hold for 5 minutes before I hung up. The second time I was greeted by someone at a call center who was very difficult to understand. After placing my order I was informed it would be 15-25 minutes. I went immediately to pick it up and it was ready in less than 10. Which is great unless I wait to pick it up based on their estimate in which case it would have been cold. How does someone in Bangladesh know how long it will take to make a papadilla in Great Falls. Lastly, the toppings on the papadilla we're very sparse for something that cost 8.99
