The food is good, staff is friendly.. but the turnover for getting food out is super slow. This is a super slow town though. I like panda when I am burned out on eating something else. Close to the Koa and Walmarts. But the slowness needs to pick up. Maybe they’re understaffed but it definitely needs to pick up a little more! Overall nice clean seats but it’s like chic fil la everyone goes here.

It took awhile to get my food. It was cooled and did not taste fresh. Had better food there. E.

So far I am giving them 2 stars, they gave us our food 20 minutes late, also they kept our drinks out in the counter top for around 15 minutes, this is our first time ordering in this location and we are disappointed. We were inside the place just waiting for the food. My husband and I are going to take dinner at home and if the food is good I will increase my stars!

The girl couldnt get my order right, gave me a normal sized plate and charged my for a bigger plate. I even went slow so she could understand ??‍♂️ this aint the first time it happened so wouldnt recommend eating here, service is either trashy or they need better hiring service. Things only gettin more expensive and if you wanna overpay for something you have by all means but personally i aint about it man ???

Every single time we go through they say yes there's teriyaki on the chicken and we'll get on the road and guess what no teriyaki and short silverware. There was only 1 time they messed up the order and forgot to do greens.. but it's disappointing when they tell you yes it's there and it's not.

Every time we go there there is a problem with the entrance door. This is my 5th and last visit to this place. There were clients and staff inside the establishment, and after several tries of opening the door a client came out to tell me that the staff was on break and nobody could help me. This happened at 2 PM. I do not understand how all the staff goes to break at the same time at lunchtime. SMH

The food was ok, the tables were dirty, the workers were young and loud, yelling back and forth There were no napkins and was told they were out, even though there was a Wal-Mart Close by. to purchase some. Sweet and sour was only one small packet. We will be eating Chinese somewhere else.

Having an understanding that shortages are an issue, or half hr before closing, the menu is limited, all of that is fine, and good, however also, having an understanding that EVERYTIME, AND EVERYWHERE I go, I am KIND, THANKFUL, GRATEFUL AND PATIENT, and having not once, not twice, but on now 3 DIFFERENT occasions the "ADREANA" take our order as RUDE and unapologetic for her direct nastiness towards customers, it is beyond me that she is employeed. She is A NASTY example of an employee and person to be this way. I'd like to be more blunt with how she behaved, and nope, do not know her either, this is her customer sevice behavior. There was no line, 8:00 order, and hands down too many times where she has this attitude problem and nearly shoved the bag into my hand as I attempted to say thank you for my minimal order, as they were limited and I wasn't upset at all over it. 2 previous occasions I accepted it as covid, bad customers and so on..third time..you are nasty, RUDE, and should not deal w customers and making it worse for your coworkers as you are supposed to be a team. One time all good, two times, all good, 3 times .you need a new job and reality check. She should NOT be employeed with people. Thank you. It upsets me to report awful behavior.

On my last visit I took the time to fill out the guest survey so On my next visit I would receive a free entree with a purchase of a plate. The next time I went in, I ordered a plate and a side entree. I gave the cashier my receipt with the code on it for a free entree. She said all I got was $1.50 off my order. The entree was 5 bucks! I left super frustrated, because to me that is false advertisement. The ONLY reason I ordered an extra entree was because I was supposed to get a free one for filling out the survey. I won’t be doing that ever again.

Utterly ridiculous. Placed an ASAP online order. Arrived WELL AFTER the promised time to be told there would be an additional wait. Waited SIGNIFICANTLY LONGER than informed. Watched the food i, and the other customers were waiting for sit before anyone put it under a heat lamp where it sat again. No line at the drive through. Two customers inside ahead of me. Neither were online orders. Utterly ridiculous. Go across the street. Better, faster, more accurate and far FAR friendlier service.
