The women's restroom had no soap. The hand sanitizer stations were all empty. The kids play area had a place for sanitizing wipes, but they were out. The employees who are preparing your food use the same restrooms as the customers.

I am rating this based on other experiences at other McDonald's. Clean inside, and always quick, inside and at the drive-thru. Food is...food. What can you expect from McD's? It is what it is, but I can say we've never had an order incorrect, and it is always fresh. The staff is almost always super friendly and attentive, which is shocking for McDonald's. Lots of times fast food places like this have workers looking miserable, and acting equally miserable. Here, haven't really seen that.

Watch this McDonald's. They will charge you more than what is on your receipt. Then when you question them, they expect you to show them your app of payment method to prove it when it happened less than 5 minutes ago. Then make you talk to 3 different people to get your money back. So we canceled the order and still had to go inside to try and resolve it. Watch your receipts!

I usually stop here for my fast food fix, since the closest is 45 miles from where I live. I have to have a McDonald's coke!! The burgers are generally good, but I have to be honest and say that rarely do I get a an order of fresh, hot fries.

My husband Loves his Big Mac's! This particular Mc Donald's hasn't messed up on our orders, and the service had been fast! We also love their app for coupons!

I don't typically do not write reviews for fast food and more commonly you see reviews for bad experiences. This is not the case, I had outstanding customer service and my meal was all correct during my last visit. This may not seem like a big deal but in Great Falls it is.

Went through the drive thru this morning and asked for a large orange juice. What I got was water with a little bit of orange juice. It was horrible. I accept that ordering a large orange juice is pricey, but to basically get orange flavored water for the price you pay is ridiculous. They appear to have poor quality control.

Food consistent as always at McDonald's. Drive up was a cluster. There are two lanes and they took orders from three cars in the same lane before switching to other lane. Some cars drove off because of the frustration.

Staff are hostile, lazy, don't understand the difference between table side orders and pickup. They don't assemble sandwhichs properly and treat disabled customers like they are an issue. Tonight I witnessed complete disregard for a clear medical emergency and was then banned for trying to help and saying the man needed medical attention.The staff clearly doesn't care about the people around them and this absolutely must be rectified. They have no proper training or respect for emergencies and their food is terrible anyway. Go somewhere else.

Management failing to provide adequate services.Again its not if they will mess up.. it is what they will mess up...dont think I have an order done right in 5 years
