We also ordered a bucket of chicken, extra crispy,but got original recipe instead. Of course we didn't know until we got home. I used to enjoy KFC, but they've messed up the order the last 3 times. Maybe I will try KFC again if another store shows up or if I am out of town.
Always enjoyed the $20 fill-up of just dark meat. I would understand it if they needed to change it to $25 fill-up due to cost increases, but these fools decided to DISCONTINUE the meal all together. No reason to return anymore as that was our “go to” meal for just the 2 of us. Its no wonder KFC is failing when they continue to make terrible business decisions. I’m out for good!
The food itself was good. Properly cooked and delicious. The staff was friendly and pleasant. The store itself was Dirty. Dining area was full of dirty tables, dirty floor, Condiment station was empty, drink station was dirty, bathrooms were dirty. The back of the house was dirty. The place was busy, so that happens, but when the rush was over, not one single employee including the manager didn't care or try to clean or restock any of it, they gathered in the back and gossiped. If I stop there again I hope it's in better shape.
we travel from helena just to eat here only to be treated rudely. when I approach the counter I'm treated nicely because of my light skin but as soon as my husband goes up for utensils he gets attitude because of his dark skin. something needs to be done about the management and works attitudes towards all customers not just dark skinned customers. I'm sorry but this store will not be getting our business nor will we be recommending it either
Worst customer service I have seen in Great Falls. Most don't look happy that they are there and lack customer service skills. They treat you like an inconvenience. It takes a long time for food to come out even when they are slow. This place has gone downhill.
Bad customer service, food was not cooked completely or had been sitting out for longer than it should. They spit in food, they throw garbage at patrons in their drive-thru. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
If I could leave a 0 star, I would. Apparently, it's okay for the workers to throw someone else's trash in your face (LITERALLY) or threaten you. Who knows what was in this cup and yet it's all over my face and clothes. Never once did my door open in the drive thru. They have cameras and yet didn't even look to see if I was the one who dumped this cup they were so upset about. Had they looked, they would see that it was not me. Cooperate is notified as well as law enforcement. The better business bureau will be notified as well. It's one thing to be rude, but it's another to have trash thrown in your face that isn't even yours and to be threatened. Pretty sure I was racially targeted. This is all done by the drive thru worker and manager.
Absolutely the worst service and horrid food with two long stray black hairs!! I’m blonde! The employees could not have been more disrespectful. Definitely will never be returning and I advise anyone and everyone to take your business elsewhere as well.
Treat people with respect and dignity. The franchise as a whole should demolish this store, because Great Falls can’t offer good enough employees to uphold core business values. Disappointed.
Racist and unprofessional, honestly dont know how this buisness is still running, throw away the whole store and put another in its place because the people that work there obviously hate their customers skin tones and that should not fly at all, im very disappointed, ive always took the time out of my day to support this place during lunch but never again.
