All 4 sandwiches we ordered did not include cheese or any of the add-ons requested. Unfortunately this isn't an isolated incident, it's happened across multiple locations. Jimmy John's has lost my business.
Too many security breaches and loss of their customers information related to their website and online services. Then they follow it up with selling off all of their customers info. Devil is in the details with the online consent agreement to use their services.

Huge fail today no cheese on 3 of our sandwiches, no bacon on requested. So basicly 8.50 in adds that we payed for where not added. Was it because we asked why you can't put mayo on a sandwich? Hey enjoy that 5.00 tip I left to.........

The red head behind the counter making sandwiches was very rude when I had never been here before and didn't know what I wanted on my sandwich. Made me feel very stupid and I will not be coming back go this location on the west side.

I have had almost every sandwich on the menus. Each is awesome. I order in app and do pick up. I have never never been disappointed with any food there. The customer service is off the chain “Wonderful” most of my friends are now using the app and love it. Always happy with delivery. We are ordering a platter for Super Bowl , always a nice variety and a winner for everyone. So glad they are opening another store here. I’ve Heard positive good things from people i know in that area. Kudos to the manager Makall Shultz for the excellent job she has done with this store, staff and the awesome reputation JJs has here in Great Falls.
