If I could give then 0 stars I would ...I have eaten there pizza before and it used to be good.i was told on ordering it would be an hr and it was an hr and half.when I called to order it was very poor customer service and it was like he couldn't get the order straight.so we waited and no pizza I called to check on order they couldn't find order so was put thru to manager...then told it would be an hr and half no sorry for the delay .When pizza came it wasn't cut and was soggy in the middle could pick it up..worst experience anywhere will never go back..
SO DISAPPOINTED in this location!!! I ordered 1 pizza at 4:30, two hours ago and still have not received it. I called to see if it's out for delivery and no one knew anything... the girl in the back ground said "Just tell her it will be there soon.... " I am guessing they completely forgot and I have two hungry kids waiting for the one and only Howard's Pizza.
$10 price increase on the same pizza order I always get, but this time my pizza was severely undercooked and the crust so thin that it won’t even hold together. I wouldn’t normally make a fuss, but I can’t justify paying $40 for a pizza that is raw.
Awful service! We ordered a large, medium pizza, a chicken basket and a shrimp basket. Which was $89 It took 2 hours to be delivered. 2 hours! When it got here the pizza and chicken baskets were burnt. When I called the “manager” and he wouldn’t discount or refund any money. And said I don’t know what you want me to say, other than “I’m sorry”. This is such a sorry place! Will not be back!
Prices increased, nothing changed about the pizza. Most recent order wasn’t fully cooked and crust too thin. Not worth the extra money.
Seriously, what has happened to Howard's?I get it that restaurants are busy this time of year, but this is ridiculous.I was happy to pay $30 for a Howard's Pizza. I didn't care that was going to take 90 minutes to be delivered? I even left the driver a $10 tip. I am such a chump.... I hate when people complain. But I am putting my virtual foot down. This is SACRILEGE.Look at it!... desecration of a local treasure.Obviously, I am emotionally distraught. But it is not just a pizza. It is Howard's Pizza! Everyone who has been to Great Falls knows of the Howard's Pizza.Honestly, knockoff Howard's Pizza in Missoula is better than this... burnt cardboard.I pray that the Spirit of Howard will one day come back to our cold, windy city.I can't live on Stuffed Crust ™️ Corporate Pizza any longer. Sure their loyalty programs and prices are alluring (cough hint hint).Thanks for keeping the chicken machine though. I can't believe that thing still works.

We've been waiting for 2 ama a half hours for a bday dinnet!!How ridicule ous! Charred an arm and a leg be late then argue with us about where we lived! I won't ever spend my money there again!
Omg sat at the table next to the counter for a little over 20 minutes watching staff talk to each other and stand around. Finally got up and left. This was my worst experience at my favorite pizza place so disappointed with them especially since it was the first time for my husband and family from Alberta first visit there. I talk Howard's up all the time but not no more!
