2nd time. Won't be a 3rd. Overrated burger joint. Good idea, lousy execution. Unmelted cheese on a bacon cheeseburger?At least they got the ingredients correct this order. Thought last times issues was because they were busy. Nope, empty restaurant, so-so burgers.
Five Guys is amazing! Fries are delicious, burgers: delicious, shakes? Oh my goodness! If you haven’t had a chocolate peanut butter and bacon shake you haven’t lived!
First time ever at a 5 guys and I am completely amazed. I've heard it was really good but it was way more then that. Took my daughter here for an early birthday lunch and she ate her entire meal which is the most rare occurrence. She had grilled cheese and frys. I got the cheese burger with tomato mayo and grilled onions and I am already craving another one. Staff was so nice and pleasant place was packed but I understand why now. If you haven't tried here do so right now!! My daughter gives you guys a thumbs up!
Great customer service went in at 9 pm ordered five meals and shakes to go they make everything fresh their sjakes are deliciously yummy the food is absolutely delicious fries are fresh they even tell you where the potatoes came from that day. They are awesome
If you've been to one five guys you've been to all of them. This one is no exception, from the open kitchen to the news articles on the walls proclaiming the superiority of five guys in multiple markets across the US, to the peanuts for snacking on, to the bags of potatoes used as a line divider.The restaurant itself is mostly spotless, save for the random piles of peanut shells on the floor (I'm still not sure if that's the way you're supposed to eat them at five guys, but who knows).The order takers are nice, quick, and professional. The cooks are quick and always do a good job.Overall, it's a nice experience and the food is a notch above the burger King, McDonald's, and Hardee's in this town.
The burgers are really good but not good enough to pay $8.50 for just a burger. The staff is awesome and the fries were great but honestly I paid nearly $50 for three of us to eat and drink and that is ridiculous for a burger chain. We won't be returning.
Omg the milkshakes are so good!!! I had chocolate it was rich tasty and I love the fries. It did take a little bit longer than expected but not too bad
Not as good as the other locations in the state. Slow service, fries are over cooked, and the burgers aren't as good. Missoula is the best. They could also do less talking while cooking and maybe work on getting the food faster to the customer.
Fries and burgers are pretty bland even though they have really fun topping options. The Oreo, carmel, bacon milkshake was the best thing from the meal and why I didn't give them a 2/5.
Daniel took our order on a friday night, the store was packed and the line was long. Daniel was very welcoming and efficient while taking our order. He didn't miss a beat when reading our very large order back to us. Daniel is the epitome of professional customer service.
